By far the best car buying experience I have had in 50 years buying new and used cars. From the moment I walked into the dealership to look at a used EV, to four hours later driving home with it, I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of every employee. I was buying a used EV with the Federal credit, turning in a 2006 under the Vehicle Exchange Program, and financing the rest. My salesman Mateo answered every question and concern I had straight forwardly, the used car manager Rhiannon was able to get an EV battery report and fix a door ding while I was there so I did not need to return another day, the sales manager Tyson seamlessly processed the IRS and Colorado VXC paperwork without a single hiccup, and the finance manager Thomas provided clear explanation of my warranty and financing choices, and that desk screen to sign all the paperwork is amazing, and Quinn explained all the features I needed to know about initially to get home safely. I could not be happier with my purchase and the entire transaction at Emich Volkswagen and am looking forward to returning to have my VW serviced there too. Thank you to all the employees and Emich VW!

Great service staff. Service advisor Gary was outstanding , and he went the extra mile to determine the source of a burning smell in the engine compartment. The forecasted one hour for an oil change and tire rotation, was closer to two hours. Luckily, the waiting area was comfortable, and I was in no hurry.

The entire process was easy. Atticus was kind, fun, and knowledgeable. We test drove the Taos, and the Tiguan. Both nice vehicles but I liked the pick up on the Taos. I had been to two other dealers, and was looking to buy a new vehicle. Once we went in to the makeshift office, Steve came over to work on pricing. He too was great to work with, and kept coming back to ensure he worked a deal out that worked for me. Once we had a deal, Josh came over to take me over to finance. He was kind and drove me over to finance safely and quickly. Nick in finance was also great to work with. From start to finish it was a great car buying experience.

I live in Oregon and purchaced my vehicle from Lithia of Roseburg,Or. Visit Denver often as my kids and grandkids are here. Lithia has done all my service including tires and batteries since '06' They are 'hands down', the best. The people here in Thorton are typical of all Lithia dealers,(proffesional and courtious) I feel that any vehicle one buys from Lithia dealers any where would be a satisfying experience. I am certianly buying my next from them!

Had some trouble getting some decent help from this location as soon as it was time to bring in the leased vehicle. Lots of back and forth phone calls with no new information each time, just all the things they could not do for us. Finally finished the lease buy out process. Appointment to sign paperwork was at 9:30am on July 4th, a holiday. When we showed up, the employee we had scheduled with was not even there, nobody knew we were coming and no paperwork had been put together. I was pretty livid, had some loud words to share and the manager was very rude. We left, bought a new car at Larry H. Miller on Colfax. Go there instead, saving you a serious headache.
