I purchased a Corvette in January and paid top dollar for it. Paid almost $2000 to have it transported to North Carolina. They had told me it was in great condition and well cared for by the previous owner. I asked if they had put it up on their lift and checked it out, but I don't think they answered. It looked in very good condition in the pictures, they made sure no issues showed in those. Being a very honest person, I trusted them and purchased the car. When it arrived it looked like it had been raced on a dirt track full of stones! There were knicks and chips in the paint , damage to the bumper, scratches on the hood and fenders. They advertised it came with two fobs but I only got one.When I contacted them, they told me I should have done my "due diligence", a term they like to use, and flown out there to check it myself. If I was dealing with an honest business they would have been truthful about the condition of the car. I just got it out of the repair shop for $8500. It needed new headlights, the original were so bad they couldn't be restored. It needed new brakes and rotors, and numerous paint repairs. I wouldn't purchase a bicycle from them ever again

I was interested in an Infiniti G37x that they had available on their lot. I went in last Friday (8/21) and was greeted by Cliff. He was very pleasant to talk with. After the test drive, I was still interested in the car but they had not done an inspection, and the warranty included in the price of the vehicle was not extensive enough for me to feel comfortable purchasing it without one. Cliff was very gracious and allowed me to have my preferred mechanic pick up and inspect the car on Monday (8/24). The inspection found a few issues and some potential issues. The immediate retail cost for me to service the vehicle "needs" was estimated at $870; with a follow on cost for new tires depending on selection, but certainly no less than $400. With this in mind we negotiated to have Antera service only the "needs" and I would pay their full asking price (which would leave me to purchase tires at some point in the future). Regrettably the manager didn't agree with these terms, and did not offer a counter, so we parted on good terms but without a deal. Today (8/28), I was contacted by Cliff (very cordially) and was told the manager had agreed to fix one of the two "needs" at the full asking price. Unfortunately I had purchased a very similar car from another dealership two days ago (8/26). If not, I would have considered this counter... ... would seem to me a missed opportunity given the delay in proposing a counter; otherwise all other elements to a car buying process were fine.

I purchased a 2012 Nissan Xterra from Gebhardt Imports and more specifically Andy and I would highly recommend these folks. The car was in impeccable shape and the entire experience was better than even the big dealerships. I have read some reviews that were not so great but according to Andy, Gebhardt Imports recently went through a management change. Whatever changed, keep it up & I will be sending all my friends to you folks!

I'm pretty sure he didn't get paid for that and he still sat with me anyway! I will be back just because of their service!!!

I live in Idaho and worked with the guys at South Creek as a remote buyer. I had a great experience buying the truck in all regards. They found me really good financing locally for a very good rate. John and Cisco were very open to any questions that I had. Cisco sent me tons of photos of the truck before I made the purchase. Every time we have done the usual of "shopping around" for an entire day just to be disappointed with other dealers. Either prices too high, high pressure sells, or encountering the "vultures" that seem to think you haven't got a clue as what you are doing. Have always ended up going back to Colorado Motor Car Co. I enjoy the honest way they sell cars. I never leave feeling like I don't know exactly what I am purchasing or that I may have paid more than I should have. No "buyers remorse" with ANY of my 4 vehicle purchases from these guys! EVER!!! Will definitely continue to purchase from them and recommend them to EVERYONE I know with confidence!!!

Bought new GMC Yukon Denali. “Service restraint system” warning came on driving home from dealership. Most of the electronics do not work. Made appointment to get vehicle fixed….and it was fixed - for a few weeks. Service restraint system light is back on and most all electronics are disabled. Vehicle is a lemon and a safety hazard to drive. Impossible to get a service appointment at this dealership and needing a loaner delayed service appointment more. Cindy in service was on vacation and it took dealership a week to call back to schedule an appointment. Vehicle will be taken to another GMC dealership AGAIN. Do not buy GMC……they are lemons! Will get rid of vehicle in the next few weeks and will not return to Shortline GMC and will not ever buy another $79,000 GMC vehicle.
