Respectful, Easy Experience - Mark in Monument

Needed a car quickly and I knew that Hertz had what I was looking for at a fair price. I took a quick look on the lot six weeks back and met Floyd Pratt there. I described the situation that I expected to arrive (selling another car I owned to one of my kids, needing a replacement vehicle soon thereafter). When I needed to deliver my car to my daughter, I had Floyd's card, called him to describe what I was looking for, then sent him an email with the cars on their website and said I'd be up by Saturday at 2pm. Hank responded very quickly to my email with pros and cons on the five vehicles I described which my wife and I reviewed and then further boiled down on two or three vehicles. When we arrived Saturday he was ready for us, and when we more fully described our situation, he had the two best in those descriptions, and he gave us his evaluation of each built on experience. We then test drove them (we'd already read reviews on each model) and decided what was best for us based on our needs. We got the purchasing end settled about as quickly as you can and we were on the road with our 2018 Rogue about as quickly as you can do it. Floyd explained the details in language we could understand, and then respected us to make our decision based on what was best for us. He was friendly, intelligent, low key and gave us room to move. Very nice vehicle, very good price. A pleasant experience.

Did business years ago and ended up over paying for car and later found out car was previously damaged. They were smooth talkers. Dave did my deal and was only interested in making more money off people. I was over my head in negative equity. Still it makes me angy but live and learn.

The thing I really loved about buying a car there is that the owner, Ali, has a plan/strategy. He buys his cars the right way (I will let him explain that to you) he prices them fairly, is respectful during negotiations, and will budge on price if you give him a legitimate reason to. He also provides a free three month warranty with the car.. I have never had that before, even at a big dealership. Nice guy who has a well run business.

Excellent customer service. Super kind to work with Aaron K. I am a first time car dealership buyer. I didn't know what to expect when purchasing from a dealership. I found Enterprise Car Sales through the car rental company Enterprise Rent A Car. So they were the first people I contacted looking for a Truck. Aaron was my representative. He able to break down the numbers, give me estimates, print out the carfax for me to review and overall went above and beyond. I found a truck that I felt would fit me best, and before the test drive he helped list off the different features of this truck. Basically giving me an idea of what im buying if you dont really know what to look for. But after that we went back inside to talk numbers. I am pretty young so all the words that are associated with purchasing a car I need help understanding what they meant. Aaron was able to explain and break it down in simple terms. All in all I ended up not buying a truck from Enterprise and no fault to Aaron because he was an excellent person to work with. The dealership just didn't have the truck I was looking for. I was very specific about certain specifications. If you are looking for a dealership that is willing to take the time to put their customers first and take their concerns seriously then I'd recommend Aaron as a representative and Enterpise Car Sales on Thornton.

Have done business with these guys for years. They always give you an accurate description of the vehicle even it’s negatives! They don’t charge dealer handling and arrange financing for free. They did great on the price of the truck but when it came to services, it was crap. The detailing looked horrible, and the starter is shot. They said there were going to fix the motor inside the mirror, but lied about it. They said I could keep the weather mats they took them. Both batteries were corroded. They said they would wax and buff the paint. They lied about it.

Just short of 1 year anniversary. I learned I purchased a car with extensive rust damage under hood. $10,000 worth for a $9,000 car. I paid cash for the car, saleswoman was unwilling to negotiate. everything was fine until I took my car into an Acura dealership for recall service, There I learned my power steering was failing and there was so much rust that basically everything needed to be rebuilt. I was told that the car must have been on the coast because there is no way the damage could have happened in Colorado... something about salt water causing the rust. When I asked if the damage would have been known by dealership I purchased from, I was told that it should have obvious to see. Needless to say I am super disappointed. This was my first car purchase, and I will have to chalk up my experience as a lesson learned.

Great car dealerships. They did sell me a car with bad tires, but I didn't get a inspection on it. So I am very greatful that the car was in great shape overall. I loved the car and it was a great first car and I am happy to have had jeff help me through out the process. The people there are very genuine people, and help me out greatly. I had a decently good credit score and it made it easier for them. Good customers find good dealers.

Sure,, they were respectful and nice. However, when we later went to trade our car, they pulled a carfax and showed us that the title had been salvaged. Astro never disclosed to us that the car we purchased from them had a salvaged title. Beware of this dealer.

I had excellent service at Courtesy Auto Care. I ran into some mechanical problems when I first drove the car off the lot but I took it back and they corrected the problem, offering me a loaner while they made the repair. They take real pride in their vehicles and their customer service. Joe McNulty the mechanic was especially helpful. After driving the car for a day I decided it just wasn’t a good fit for me and I asked if I could trade it in. Daniel Strajna the Sales Manager honored their 5 day trade in program without question and no additional fees. His main concern was my happiness. Jeff Mickelson, my sales person and Tracey McManus were very patient as we redid all the paperwork. Again I drove my new car off the lot and the check engine light came on. They diagnosed the problem right away while I waited and replaced the O2 sensor without any problem or additional fee. Courtesy Auto Care inspects their vehicles and makes necessary repairs before putting them on the lot. They keep thorough records of the work they have done and disclose this information up front as well as offer a free car fax. I would definitely shop at Courtesy Auto Care again and look forward to returning for scheduled maintenance.

I just got back from purchasing a jeep trailhawk from them. So far so good! Tom was friendly, listened to all my stupid stories and had me done withing two hours. Fastest transaction ever for me. IT took longer for me to speak to my ins agent, decide how much to put down, and test drive the jeep. Impressed with their service. NO all day dealing with separate finance managers, or sales managers etc. He also got me approved for the lowest rate possible thru a credit union. IT was even lower than AAA. I would recommend them for any vehicle purchase. I would not recommend sleeping on the couch all day or forgetting to pay a car payment when you are selling them a car. Oh, yeah! they gave me a very fair offer on my used car.
