I had such a good experience at the Mike Maroone Chevrolet Buick GMC Longmont when leasing my new 2024 Yukon Denali! I came in for an oil change on my Cadillac and wanted to check out the new inventory while I waited. I was introduced to Sean, took a test drive and knew I wanted to upgrade! Sean was patient with my very specific wants and found me the perfect Yukon with all the bells and whistles I wanted at a nearby dealer. We worked with Ben to value my trade-in and agreed on a price for the new vehicle. Everyone was so professional and kind - no xx, which I appreciated! The new vehicle arrived the next day so we went to pick it up and finish the paperwork. We met with Tim Amerson from the Finance dept and he was personable and did his best to get us in/out as soon as possible. Sean stuck around after the dealer closed to make sure he had a chance to test drive the new vehicle with me and show me every single thing I needed to know about the car, how the rear entertainment system worked, how to use super cruise, etc. He was so thorough and we really enjoyed working with him! So first off, I want to say thank you to the sales professionals that I have worked with, having bought 3 vehicles over the years. I have recommended friends, and family, to your dealership over the years, simply because of the used car sales experiences I’ve had. As I’m sure you hear frequently, most people avoid contact with salesmen for many reasons, to include the financing process. My experiences have been completely opposite. A few years ago, at the conclusion of buying my first vehicle from your dealership, the sales manager Keith Peer made a point to introduce himself to me, asked for feedback on the process, and provided his contact information if anything was not up to my expectations. He also contacted me a couple weeks after my initial purchase, for the purpose of ensuring my satisfaction with the entire process. That is truly the first time I EVER had that kind of experience with a car buying experience. As a result, I have contacted Mr Peer several times, seeking advice and inventory at your dealership. I honestly would NOT buy a used vehicle from anybody else, simply because he cares about people. As I said earlier, I have sent family and friends to him as well, for that exact reason. I recently told Mr Peer exactly what I was looking for, and within days, he found the exact truck I wanted. I purchased that truck with literally ZERO hesitation, and I couldn’t be any more satisfied with that purchase. Lastly, I want to give the same feedback for the finance process I experienced, with Mr. Tony Gomez. He was quick, but most important to me, he was honest with me about his thoughts and opinions on what I truly needed with my truck. It’s not hard to see or hear when something is just a sales pitch. My experience with Mr Gomez left me knowing he was genuine, and I could not appreciate his integrity any more than when I left the dealership. I apologize for the length of this review, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with these gentlemen. I’m aware that reviews are plenty long when the experience is negative, so I think it’s equally important to share details of a highly positive experience. I’d like to think I bought my “forever” truck!! But in reality, my family and friends will continue to purchase vehicles for years to come. And I will continue to highly recommend Mr Peer, and Mr Gomez.

We recently had the pleasure of buying a new 2019 GMC Acadia Denali from Ferguson Buick GMC. What is that you say? You hate the car shopping process from end to end? Can’t possibly be a pleasure? Perhaps you have just shopped the wrong dealership. We visited the dealership on 2/16, an extremely windy cold day. The new car sales manager Tim rushed to the door to greet us. No slick platitudes, but a genuine welcome. We’d done research on a few SUVs we were considering, so we knew what we wanted to see. There wasn’t at that exact moment a salesman present, so Tim has us sit down and he pulled their current inventory of Acadia Denalis. He had all the details, price, color, features. Straightforward. There were also incentives, for instance a military discount of a few thousand dollars from GMC, as well as little things, like dealer handling on $75 for military rather than the standard 499. There was never a shell game with the price. We wanted the price without trade in, and that was what we were quoted. Our salesman Andres Roman got free and we went on a test drive. No pressure. It was all about what would suit us. We probably put more pressure on him with our thousand questions on the vehicle, all of which he could answer and demonstrate with ease. We loved the car, the price was great, and we wanted to purchase and get on with our day. Andres did everything he could to expedite the process. The finance guy came over, Terry Mitchell, and we told him, we have our own financing already approved through USAA, what is the best rate your financing can offer. Terry was able to give us a straight up what was best rate he could offer, no haggling, no let me just run your credit, it was just the rate. Our USAA rate was better and he was perfectly fine with that. He was familiar with the dealership side of USAA’s loan process and we were in the car and on our way home in no time. It was the best experience I have had in 40 years of car buying. The story didn’t end there. Andres called the next day to make sure we were happy, and did we have any questions. Then a day or two later, we got a box from the dealership, with coffee cups and delicious chocolate chip cookies. When I did my pre-shopping, I noticed the Ferguson Buick GMC had the highest rating of any dealership in town. Now that I have purchased a car from their dealership I can see exactly why there ratings are higher, it is because they are better. Happy car shopping to you all!

Great service at this location. The service department folks were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They completed my service and found quite a few issues. Not surprising I have had it since 2014. However they found many issues still covered by warranty which they pointed out and the few I had left they quickly got the parts, completed the work and had ne on my way. All in all a great experience which sometimes is unusual in this day and age. I will certainly utilize them again and would recommend them to anyone. Great Job team.
