My husband and I talked to several dealerships in trying to but a used car. One car lot would not even give us a price on the car we were interested in. They were more concerned with what we could spend. Luckily I found Steve! I called Rags to Riches about an Suv I found online. Although that vehicle was not the right one for us, Steve (the owner) called me back personally shortly after to let me know about a couple of other vehicles that fit my criteria. He was very patient and informative. He even worked out the price over the phone with me. I was not able to come down in person because of my child so Steve offered to let my husband come down, pick up car and bring it to me for a test drive! I was incredibly impressed with his customer service skills! My husband and father in law went down to Rags and Riches and sure enough the Caravan was exactly as Steve described it to me. Thank you Steve!! We bought the Dodge Minivan and my husband is already planning on buying his next truck from Steve. Buying a used car was not a positive experience until I found Rags To Riches. There are so many shady people just trying to make a buck. What a relief to know there is still honesty and integrity in the used car business. Thank you so much Steve!!

An absolute treat to work with Eric and John...I could not believe a dealer who's attitude was not to hound you into something you didn't want, but was, "Oh, well, if you don't want it I know someone else will." Wow, what a change! We had a very positive experience. They were very accommodating, I loved that the Volvos have records...we Volvo people love that! I am a woman, but a seasoned, cash buyer and was not treated as though I was an "air headed little woman." Thank you. This is an excellent dealership, pretty laid back environment which makes it great in purchasing a vehicle. Adam was my main guy and he did everything to get me the best rate on my purchase. He's a great guy to work with and very personable. He gave me a great value for my car that I traded in when compared to other car companies who pretty much low balled it. Another great guy is Matt, the guy behind the desk. He explained every paperwork in detail and made it easy for me to submit stuff for the loan company. Overall excellent buying experience from a small local family owned dealership. And I will always look at their inventory the next time I'm in the market for another car in the future.

They may be nice to you, but their service department is incompetent or dishonest. I purchased a car and within two months, it had major brake problems and had to have the transmission rebuilt. My mechanic said it by the appearance of the fluids, this car was not serviced as they claimed to me. STAY AWAY FROM THEM... Don't be fooled by their down to earth style.

I’ve been sold a vehicle that was supposed to be in “excellent condition,” as described in writing by 5280 Imports. I was also repeatedly assured by the salesperson that the vehicle was carefully inspected and that it had zero problems. A few days after the purchase it surfaced that the vehicle was in desperate need of very serious repairs, totaling over $8,000. Without most of the repairs the vehicle would’ve become inoperable within a few days after the purchase. Upon closer inspection at home, I also discovered that the vehicle has been superficially cleaned by 5280 Imports but the garbage I later discovered deep under the seats would’ve been a clear indicator for 5280 Imports that the vehicle was not well taken care of at all, contrary to what I was told by the salesperson. When I was finally able to reach the owner with a question of how 5280 Imports could assist, he ended a very short conversation with “too bad.”

Rude, unprofessional owner. I had heard that Auto Corral and her husband's business Precision Auto were shady people but now I know it for sure. The owner Julie made up some story about what a great deal the car was and how well it had been cared for. On the first -20° we had this winter the paint literally started peeling off on of the doors of the car. That was about a week ago. Now paint peeling off other parts of the car as well. Cheap, sleazy used car dealership tactics. They refuse to stand behind the cars they sell so this is the only option I'm left with. Way to screw a young married couple that just bought a house. Excellent experience working with AutoSearch USA and sales associate John Wahl. Within 30 minutes of arrival, I inspected vehicle, negotiated with John and then settled on vehicle price. John was very easy to work with. While he completed sales forms, I went to the bank, had lunch and returned to close the deal. Total time from arrival to driving off the lot was about 2 hours. DO NOT BUY from these guys! I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee here a few months ago and all I've had is problems! Every new problem is preceded by a "super shoddy temporary fix" that screams SCAM! Have your car throughly looked at before buying at Best Car Buys. You might be wondering why I didn't... It's because I was a repeat customer and my first car lasted 100k miles before any issues arose AKA I trusted them. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I've called them multiple times about the many different issues and they use the deer in headlights tactic... don't buy it! They know exactly what they're doing i.e. slinging cars that are clearly lemons! Way to turn a great experience (my first vehicle) into an awful experience, Best Car Buys!

My wife has a 1990 Toyota pickup that she loves dearly. We recently had a major service done at Bighorn Motors in glenwood springs, CO. After getting the vehicle back we drove home a few micellaneous errands before we left town for a week vacation. Upon our return my wife did one short trip and then called me to tell me that the truck would not run. I called the dealer and told them about the problem. As expected they said it could be any number of items that had nothing to do with the service they performed. I told them that the truck was not drivable and they said we could get it towed to them. We live 40 miles away from the dealer so I chose to invest in a mobile repair man to come and check things out. Iwas informed that it would take a lot of work to diagnose the problem and it was better to take it to the dealer in case it was related to their prior work. After contacting the dealer again - Don arranged for a tow and told me they would get to it as soon as possible. It turned out that it was a part that was part of the original service. Don took the time to explain to me what they found and the possible causes for the problem. When my wife picked up the vehicle they did not charge us for the fix or tow. They said we've been long time customers and the repair is something they would not normally do (don't even stock the parts because it's done so infrequently) but felt that since the vehicle was so old they should have reccommended it. Great service and best way to keep us coming back - we have 2 toyota pickups and are looking to buy another this year - definitely reccommend this dealer/service.

I would never recommend this dealership. Several employees were extremely rude, one in particular cursed at us. I was told I would receive a reimbursement, which I have not. It has been 4-5 months since then. The car was not clean when I took it home. I took it back two days later for wash and detailing. When I took the car home that day, the inside was still not clean. I feel I was lied to, taken advantage of, and treated unfairly. I put a large down payment down, and I was treated like it was nothing. The prices of services are more expensive then regular places. I was also not told the rotors were warped, and Mile High Honda refuses to replace them. So again I was lied to.

He carefully explained what each document was and said. He instilled confidence and trust in his abilities. He even took our pictures next to our "new" car.
