Customer service is their priority. My 13 year old Subaru Outback had its first need for repair beyond routine maintenance. I was offered.a shuttle to and from, I received a prompt estimate for service, parts were ordered and my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup the very next day. They washed my car afterwards and all that happened with courtesy and smiling faces. Thank you Grand Junction, CO Subaru.

My husband and I really dreaded the idea of shopping for a new car in this economic environment. I've been without a car for over a week so initially I was a little salty and removed but with humor Stephanie Locricchio softened my attitude. She patiently explained the Schomp Subaru leasing programs. Because We are on a fixed income and Stephanie empathized with our initial distress of the situation and helped us understand that there is no greater wealth than peace of mind. Stephanie got us in an affordable leasing package. With big smiles we drove off in a beautiful car. But wait, we only drove off in confidence because of Frederico Carrera's crash course on vehicle operation. We slept like babies knowing that we can now drive a sound, safe, reliable vehicle backed with protection plans. Summer is around the corner and we can't wait to get our ride on the road!

The trade in value on my 2017 Outback was just what we hoped. Austin in the Finance Department was excellent as well. No pressure from either of them. Great experience all around!!

On 11/27/24 we called Morehart GM dealership inquiring - Carla

On 11/27/24 we called Morehart GM dealership inquiring about a used 2013 GMC Yukon Denali. Elliot the salesman said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. He said it had been gone over with a fine-tooth comb in their service dept. He was supposed to send us photos of the vehicle Weds. evening. We never received them until Fri. morning. That's when Elliot sent us a photo of the right front bumper indicating some damage and that it was only a "scuff". It was not, it was actual damage. Minor, but damaged. He indicated that he didn't want there to be any surprises, but he should have disclosed it on Weds. when we first inquired. We asked him if there was any other damage, and he said no there wasn't. We called 2 body shops and sent photos of the damaged bumper and what it would cost to repair. It was anywhere from $800 to $950. That wasn't a deal breaker, but we wanted to have the dealership take that amount off of the sales price. We traveled 220 miles one way from Walsenburg to Durango to test drive it. When we arrived, we had several more surprises. The windshield was chipped and cracked, the rear bumpers had very noticeable scrapes and scratches, the rear tailgate window heater defrost wire connection was pulled off the window. The dash was cracked in two places. Upon having a mechanics shop do a pre-purchase inspection at our expense, they found the oil cooler lines needed replacement, the rack and pinon assembly was leaking, an axle shaft oil seal was leaking as well. After bringing this to the salesman Elliot's attention, he would not come down to a reasonable price. We were extremely disappointed and unhappy with this dealership and their non- disclosure and lack of transparency about this vehicle's issues. We make the trip for nothing. Had he been more transparent of all the issues, we would have not made the trip in the 1st place. Buyer Beware!!!!!

The service manager’s behavior was totally unacceptable. He was deceitful and condescending. Not the way to treat loyal customers. We will not seek service there again. Too bad he plays such a short game in a world of creating long term loyalty.
