Ghent will be my service provider for my 2022 Malibu. They fixed a huge error made by Fowler Chevrolet in Broomfield. A transmission flush that was over filled and caused my transmission to overheat. Fowler refused to stand behind their work, Ghent proved to me that they have excellence in service and not just service. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else in Colorado!. Truly a class above other dealerships!

I don't normally write reviews but I felt like I needed to on my experience with Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers. My entire experience was great and that is all due to Michael. From my initial phone call to the day of service for my vehicle, he handled it. Anytime I called to ask questions regarding my service he answered the phone when I came in to bring my car he was at the desk any questions I had he got them for me. He cares so much about the customers and their experiences. He's so polite and knowledgeable about cars which was helpful because I'm not. All I can say is if you give Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers a chance for service always ask for Mike he will make sure that your experience is top-notch!! Thank you Michael!

What can I say about Jenn? Walking into the service department with Jennifer behind the desk is comparable to the happiness one gets from not having seen a friend for awhile. She’s always uplifting, always smiling and always goes out of her way to ensure that she understands your car problems. The service line can be 5 people deep, but Jennifer makes sure that every client is taken cared of and never rush the process. I have only owned my Telluride since July 2024 and the service department does not disappoint, thanks for Jenn. And truly the service department is most important relationship when purchasing a car. A few days ago I pulled into the dealership with a VERY flat tire. I don't own a Hyundai, but Madisyn came right out and welcomed me and said they would help. She grabbed Tyler from the service department and they changed my tire to my spare and got me and ,my son on our way. Their kindness and willingness to help was so refreshing. Had our car serviced here and it was left over night! There was a hail storm and our car was damaged, dents on the hood roof etc and a cracked windshield. After speaking with Manager Edward Freehart, he helped guide us to getting the correct repairs started/completed! I was amazed at his customer service it was second to none. After the stress of having our expensive BMW damaged by the storm he has put my mind at ease and gone above and beyond to get our vehicle back to looking tip top! Couldn’t be happier and applause to BMW Denver and the team.
