Bought my car here and brought it back in for service. Promised that it would be done in 1 day. Took 5? Left 5 messages for them to call back? When I picked up my car it was not even close to being repaired correctly.

Had some warranty work done and the service dept has been great to work with . Always get me right in the shop and the work was always done earlier than promised. And my Wagoneer is always nice and clean when I pick it up!

I've had the GREAT fortune of working with Keith Ketchum and his service department on my 2007 Chevy. Keith has gone to great lengths to get my truck up and running again. Having worked at dealerships previously I know that the only thing that any dealer has to sell that is different than the other dealers is SERVICE. Keith goes out of his way to make sure that customers get the BEST possible service. Would HIGHLY recommend King GMS's service department of all my family & friends!!
