This was the first service visit with Auto Nation Subaru West since I bought my Forester. The experience was excellant. I was treated in the most professional and courteous manner by Fidel. He kept me apprised of exactly what was being done as I waited in the very comfortable waiting room. Overall I felt like I was being treated as a quite special customer. When the service was finished, I was escorted to my car along with a short friendly chat with Fidel. Great overall experience!!

We received a wonderful response to our radio issues. Excellent and timely service on our Pacifica. Also had touch up on parking lot scrapes which are now impossible to detect. All service and office workers were very cordial. Felt right at home!!!

The service manager’s behavior was totally unacceptable. He was deceitful and condescending. Not the way to treat loyal customers. We will not seek service there again. Too bad he plays such a short game in a world of creating long term loyalty.

Alan Copeland has always gone above and beyond to be helpful and professional in all my dealings with the service center . I have done comparisons with near by Subaru dealers they are never nearly as reasonable nor as helpful .
