This service department took great care of us and our 2018 AWD Sienna. Our transmission was failing prematurely and Dan Moran and Scott Gardunio both went above and beyond to get Toyota to cover a large portion of the cost of the major repairs. They also provided a loaner vehicle and kept us well informed of the status of our repair. We’ve owned 6 Toyotas since moving to Colorado Springs and this service department has always provided outstanding service for us. Highly recommend.

Cannot get service, no response for callbacks and do not pickup telephones. Have been left on hold for over 45 minutes then cut off with no one ever answering. Was to call back if engine light came back on, tried but no one ever answered, called 6days in a row. .

Hondas just improve the quality of your life. I've driven Hondas for over 20 years. Giving up an old Honda is heartbreaking. Now driving a Honda Accord, I love the visibility, durability, and design. My 10 year old Honda got an oil change at Planet Honda in Golden, Co. this week. It's such a clean, friendly atmosphere, so unlike taking a chance at any old garage with possible unhappy mechanics. All in all, service was easy, not stressful, and they did the job well.

I took my car in on Friday afternoon, called with diagnosis of problem and ordered the parts on Monday. Parts were in on Wednesday. They had the car ready to run and out of the shop on Thursday afternoon. I was extremely pleased with the service I was kept up-to-date throughout the entire process I would give them credit for going the extra mile. My service advisor was excellent (alex).

Service center is awful. They break as much as they fix. Incompetent. I wrote a very detailed review but it was too long to post. It’s a long story short I ask them to fix one thing they’ll fix it and break something else. they have written on my leather interior of the ballpoint pen They nicked the paint when opening the door they put a mud flap on crooked they gouged window moldings to put Protectors on the window incorrectly. They refused to fix the speakers. They refuse to fix the loose tow trailer power outlet and now they refusing to help me at all because I won’t give them five stars. Tom is a good guy I would work with him. Jake is a good guy I would work with him Dan is a good guy I would work with him Rick, who sold me the truck lied about the features the truck had and when I called him, he said he would make it right he might even put me in a different truck, but he was headed to a luncheon where he was receiving An award for being a great salesman he was supposed to call me the following Monday. I’ve not heard anything from him. Morgan yelled at me in front of other employees and in front of other customers because she tried to solve a problem. She didn’t understand so her solution was irrelevant and rather than fix it, She screamed at me. I Mind going to a different dealership to have them fix the things that Phil long Ford motor city broke but it’s just unfortunate. What an awful awful place no quality assurance at all. It’s too bad. I am using talk to text so pardon the typos. Do not go to this dealership the sales guy lied to me and the service department will almost always break something and now they’re refusing to take responsibility and fix it and they’re telling me I can’t bring the truck back to motor city. If I would just give them five stars, they could keep working on my truck and breaking stuff but I’m not giving them five stars anymore. I’ve taken it back several times and giving them chances to fix it and then they get their five stars and they get their bonuses and that’s what it’s all about their money their bonuses.

Set up valet service to pick up my truck for service for 9AM. Groove Ford never showed up and then told me they were really busy. All I needed was a phone call to let me know. This is typical customer service in the USA these days. What a shame.
