What can I say about Jenn? Walking into the service department with Jennifer behind the desk is comparable to the happiness one gets from not having seen a friend for awhile. She’s always uplifting, always smiling and always goes out of her way to ensure that she understands your car problems. The service line can be 5 people deep, but Jennifer makes sure that every client is taken cared of and never rush the process. I have only owned my Telluride since July 2024 and the service department does not disappoint, thanks for Jenn. And truly the service department is most important relationship when purchasing a car. I have been in the dealership several times since my purchase and the salesman that sold me the car doesn’t recognize me. A+ for the exceptional service department at EMICH.

Took my Mazda CX9 into service due to a problem with the Auto Start App. Not only did they fix the problem at no cost, but provided a free wash and maintenance inspection. The mechanic shot a video of his inspection for us to view. Steve the Service associate/manager was very professional and courteous.

A few days ago I pulled into the dealership with a VERY flat tire. I don't own a Hyundai, but Madisyn came right out and welcomed me and said they would help. She grabbed Tyler from the service department and they changed my tire to my spare and got me and ,my son on our way. Their kindness and willingness to help was so refreshing. Had our car serviced here and it was left over night! There was a hail storm and our car was damaged, dents on the hood roof etc and a cracked windshield. After speaking with Manager Edward Freehart, he helped guide us to getting the correct repairs started/completed! I was amazed at his customer service it was second to none. After the stress of having our expensive BMW damaged by the storm he has put my mind at ease and gone above and beyond to get our vehicle back to looking tip top! Couldn’t be happier and applause to BMW Denver and the team.
