Thank you to the great staff at Summit Ford for their ultra extra mile service. We had our vehicle towed to Summit Ford for emergency help when we (myself, my sister and niece) were stranded traveling home to another state after my son's funeral in Colorado Springs. Our situation seemed impossible to resolve and the kind and generous staff couldn't have been more helpful and caring. Thanks to Jaxon, one of the finest and most empathetic humans I have ever met, and to Sierra and all other employees who worked on our car and got us successfully back on the road again. We will forever be indebted to you for your kindness and expert help. Your service department is stellar! Forever Grateful.

Waited a month for an appointment to have some work done - eberhar18

Waited a month for an appointment to have some work done on one of our Jeeps. Went to drop off the car and were told that the techs called in sick and they cancelled our appointment. We were NOT contacted before hand and were placed at the back of the line with an appt more than another month away. We understand that things happen but this is unacceptable. If an airline canceled your flight and and said sorry like this, they would pay hefty fines. We have have 3 Jeeps, 1 Dodge, and an Xterra. The products from Stellantis are poorly engineered, poorly made, and the service after the sale is non-existent. Looking to replace the Xterra but after this we will not consider ANY Stellantis products. BUYER BEWARE.

I took my 2003 Ford F150 in to have a used instrument cluster reprogrammed due to a security issue with the one I had. Faricy boys service department was very good about programming it. Fair price excellent service excellent customer service. I was recommended by a friend. I will recommend to other people.
