I purchased a car that needed a recall inspection and repair. Took it into Barbee ford within 2 weeks of purchase. While they had my car - they damaged the windshield and broke the door they were supposedly doing the recall on. I have email correspondence where they admit to it and refuse to pay. The service manager and the director of operations said that because a rock hit the windshield while they were driving my car to the body shop, it was not their fault. Obviously since they were driving - it is their fault. I took my car to another ford dealership who confirmed Barbee Freeway Ford was responsible for the damage to my door and charged Barbee Ford for the damage. This is the worst service I have ever received and I do not recommend anyone take their cars there. Happy to share the email chain with anyone. Already sent it to the BBB and the AG.

This dealership is on their way back up! The new management is great and I can make an appointment for almost anytime and they get it done on time and within the price quoted! Keep up the good work. I had a stalling issue each morning, they had it back in new running order during my 1 hour oil service and running like new! Thanks!

Purchased a GV70 3.5 ltr sport Advanced from Genesis of Littleton and after the very worst after car service took the car to Genesis of Golden and worked with Jovan on issues that we had .he was a delight to work with . He not only solved all issues but the service was outstanding.If you are thinking of buying a Genesis this is go to Dealership.

If I could give a negative star rating I would do it. Let’s just say if you want to get taken advantage of, pushed into service you don’t need, and lack of customer service from even the higher ups that work there. Take your car to this dealership. If you don’t like loosing a bunch of money then go anywhere other than here.
Got oil change, ended up with oil spots - Filament
I took my 2017 Elantra in for its maintenance. The service department gnarled up the oil plug gasket. On top of it they informed me that they were no longer honoring our paid for service agreement and will give me 2 complimentary services. I have since contacted the loan agency and they have said it’s not going to change how much I pay just how long I pay but I must jump through a bunch of hoops to do anything. I’ve kept to my end of the deal by paying the loan even when I’m unemployed they need to keep to their end of the deal. This is completely unacceptable as I bought the car with this confidence that my car would remain maintained even in tough time and right when times get tough the dealership spits in my face adding stress to my already stressful situation.

I WOULDN'T BUY A CAR FROM THEM EVER.....THEY DON'T PAY THEIR SALES PEOPLE AFTER A CAR WAS SOLD.....MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN WAITING FOR OVER 3 WEEKS TO GET A CHECK FOR A CAR HE SOLD IN JULY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE GENERAL MANAGER ROGER JOHNSON WON'T RETURN MY CALLS AND WENT OUT OF TOWN BEFORE HE APPROVED THE CHECKS AND HE'S NOW BEEN BACK A WEEK AND A 1/2 AND IS THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN SIGN A CHECK BUT AS OF TODAY NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF THAT'S HOW THEY TREAT SALES PEOPLE THINK ABOUT HOW YOU'LL BE TREATED WHEN GOING IN TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE!!!! THEY DON'T PUT ANYONE BEFORE THEMSELVES...I'LL BET ALL THE MANAGERS HAVE CUT THEMSELVES AT LEAST 2 CHECKS SO THEY ARE HAPPY BUT WE ARE THE ONES WAITING TO GET PAID!!!!! SEVERAL PEOPLE HAVE BEEN INVOLVED AND HAVEN'T HELP IN ANY MANOR.
