Stopped by Mike Maroone as I had a check engine light come on while I was on vacation in Colorado Springs. Mo, my service rep, did an outstanding job taking care of me while also being upfront and honest about the possibility of getting the work done. They did a phenomenal job, considering they were understaffed. Thank you Mo & Mike Marione!

Hondas just improve the quality of your life. I've driven Hondas for over 20 years. Giving up an old Honda is heartbreaking. Now driving a Honda Accord, I love the visibility, durability, and design. My 10 year old Honda got an oil change at Planet Honda in Golden, Co. this week. It's such a clean, friendly atmosphere, so unlike taking a chance at any old garage with possible unhappy mechanics. All in all, service was easy, not stressful, and they did the job well.

I'm doing a follow-up review. I had a better experience and I want to honor what Schomp Honda did to rectify a bad situation. First I felt that the representative I worked with in March tried to scam me into way more work than I did. I got a call from the manager Byron who wanted to make things right and get his eyes on my car. He then put me with Jarod for a free oil change as an olive branch. The car didn't need nearly as much work as was reported in March. All this to say, they have a speedy service, and the team works hard to check the engine thoroughly. I felt Jarod was professional and kind. I'm also thankful to Byron for helping repair this. They have a wonderful waiting room, and did the service very quickly.

I found mouse droppings inside the vehicle and drove right to Markley Motors - Will Stenner was so amazing- he got my car in immediately as I was heading out of town the next day. The “mouse problem” was taken care of. He was helpful, kind, answered all my questions and took the time to explain things. I have gone to Markley for 25 years and have only had great experiences.

We received a wonderful response to our radio issues. Excellent and timely service on our Pacifica. Also had touch up on parking lot scrapes which are now impossible to detect. All service and office workers were very cordial. Felt right at home!!!
