The team at AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe were simply superb! We had an issue with our claim being denied for the repair we needed, which was going to be quite expensive, and they fought really hard on our behalf. Although, the whole thing took a while and it was quite an ordeal, in the end they were able to get the denial reversed. I can't thank them enough for really going to bat for us, especially the manager, Justin Bantock, who strongly advocated for us 'till the end. Many thanks also to the service advisor, Jacleen Garcia, whose work was awesome! Can't recommend this place highly enough, truly a great dealership in which to get your car serviced!

I needed seal for my f350, was pretty sure I knew the right part number, however all part’s houses I talked to were hesitant to order for me. I called Steamboat Motors and was referred to Martin Beckett. He knew exactly what I wanted, had it in stock, took payment and brought it to Craig at the end of the day, saving me a couple hours. I live in Wyoming. He definitely is an outstanding employee.

Feel so wronged and hussled for over almost $1,000. Took our vehicle in for a broken A/C. They advised that a condenser was punctured and needed replacement and that should fix the issue. We picked the vehicle up and the lady said it's all fixed but the A/C should take a minute to kick in but it's working. Had a quick drive and it never blew cold but it was also towards end of Friday business so just drove home. Monday brought the vehicle back as it was definitely still blowing hot air. They advised they'll check it out again. A week later, get a call that they further more thoroughly diagnosed there is a punctured hose that is leaking air so that is why the A/C is not fixed however this is common in old cars but now an ADDITIONAL $2,200 repair. So, if this is common, why was this not assessed in the initial diagnostic when we came to a Jeep EXPERT to tell us what needed to be repaired to fix the A/C? Why would you not double check all related potential issues and talk a customer into a repair that wasn't going to fix the issue they came to you with. Now, out $900 for an unnecessary repair. Of course we would have never repaired it if the dialogue was we think this is the issue but of course we didn't FULLY DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE FROM THE START there could be something else. We would have to have just not repaired it, saved ourselves over $900 and the of course their words "understaffed staff's" time in fixing our vehicle. Feel beyond ripped off and sick about this waste of time, money, and level of service. My family members and I have been loyal Berthod customers for decades. Not only purchased so many vehicles as well as been loyal in many big service jobs. SO disheartening to have this outcome from a dealership we've trusted and been such good customers. Beyond disappointed this was our situation with no apologies or customer service in attempting to rectify this situation.

We received a wonderful response to our radio issues. Excellent and timely service on our Pacifica. Also had touch up on parking lot scrapes which are now impossible to detect. All service and office workers were very cordial. Felt right at home!!!

Replaced air compressor on 2014 grand Cherokee Overland. charged $2000 for compressor. OEM replacements range in price $300-$1000. Did not give us the option to choose. Rip off crooks delux. Oil change charge double that of other vendors. Buyer be ware if you go here. Abusive pricing.
