My experience at Planet Hyundai was excellent. Their sales philosophy was exactly as stated. No pressure. Sam Fields did an excellent job. I was replacing a 2020 Tucson n that had been totaled in an accident. BTW - the vehicle performed as I expected it to.. I walked away. sore over time, but alive and well. Tim, the Finance Mgr was also friendly, professional and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership. Also, I am an 88 year old woman and was treated with professional and supportive assistance in this buying experience. The car was delivered in perfect condition. I also endorse the product.

Great service at this location. The service department folks were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They completed my service and found quite a few issues. Not surprising I have had it since 2014. However they found many issues still covered by warranty which they pointed out and the few I had left they quickly got the parts, completed the work and had ne on my way. All in all a great experience which sometimes is unusual in this day and age. I will certainly utilize them again and would recommend them to anyone. Great Job team.

I liked this dealership it was nice and clean and i enjoyed being able to see my car being worked on while im.in the waiting room with the see through glass. Just a couple minor things on why i didnt give it 5 stars instead of 4 stars and that was because when i pulled up into the service center i was no greeted by anyone and i had to go to the counter myself. Another reason is because upon going inside and going to the counter i was not greeted by the staff who seen me but was just looking at his computer instead of saying "someone will.be with you shortly" and that i thought was pretty rude. I was eventually helped by a service advisor who came back from lunch i believe and from that point on everything was good. I do wish though that the snacks in the waiting room were refilled during the day but i did enjoy some nice cold water and coffee. I would be more than happy to change my rating to 5 stars if the experience is better and has improved when i come in for another oil change.

I love the car but the sales and financing was horrible. They make you think they are throwing in a special deal or option for free but in the end you are charged for all of it. And conveniently those charges are covered up or not shown until you sign your life away. By the time they got done with all their charges the $10000 down payment was nothing.

Got oil change, ended up with oil spots - Filament

I took my 2017 Elantra in for its maintenance. The service department gnarled up the oil plug gasket. On top of it they informed me that they were no longer honoring our paid for service agreement and will give me 2 complimentary services. I have since contacted the loan agency and they have said it’s not going to change how much I pay just how long I pay but I must jump through a bunch of hoops to do anything. I’ve kept to my end of the deal by paying the loan even when I’m unemployed they need to keep to their end of the deal. This is completely unacceptable as I bought the car with this confidence that my car would remain maintained even in tough time and right when times get tough the dealership spits in my face adding stress to my already stressful situation.
