Smooth-talking moe shokrai will rip you off!! Makes it sound like a good deal, then adds all kinds of fees into the deal, and I was stupid enough to let him!! I should have known from the start. He advertised a car that I wanted to see and then when I drove to see it, the car was literally stalling in the parking lot, and he did not mention it on the phone but let me find out in person!! I am an idiot!!! He offered me a lower price on the car, and I thought I could fix the stalling easily, thinking it was just a bad sensor. After agreeing to the lower price, he tells me about $500 in registration fees, taxes, title, stickers, etc., and like an idiot I went along with it!! That xxxxing guy charged me $250 to electronically register the vehicle, when the going rate here is $50!!! (Or free if I go to the DMV myself!!) moe shokrai had the car for 6 months, even titling it in SD import center name, and didn't tell me about a 100% bad/leaking shock the car had in front, bad shocks in back (had to replace all 4), bad front speaker, and that the car was in come kind of accident and the front fender was bondo'd....which I found out when part of it cracked off when I was attempting to install some body clips I noticed that were missing. moe shokrai IS A LIAR!!! I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HIM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. HE IS A LIAR AND A SCAMMER, THAT IS HOW HE MAKES HIS MONEY. GOOD LUCK! Remember, there is always small claims court which is free for you. If it is worth your time, I highly recommend it.

My wife was 9 months pregnant with baby #2. We needed to upgrade to an SUV quickly, but had been searching for weeks. We asked The Auto Buying Service to find us the best SUV for our budget. They walked us through our options, provided a concrete price estimate and started emailing profiles the next day. Within a week, we’d found several SUVs we liked. They then worked with us to build a bidding strategy keeping us informed as they negotiated with dealers and wholesalers. They purchased, reconditioned and delivered our 2005 Acura MDX Touring within two weeks. Further, they provided complete transparency on all the costs incurred. The final price was fully $3,000 below what our local dealer was asking for MDXs with more miles, fewer options and bad colors. They delivered the MDX to our home. Four days later a new navigation disk arrived. Three days after that the 2009 registration and tags arrived. We’re absolutely thrilled with the quality both of the MDX we bought and of the service we received.

Great experience and a great vehicle. I wanted to fly from Rhode Island to California to buy my vehicle and Sergei was more then willing to help. He overnighted me the documents, I sent them back, bought the plane ticket, picked up the car, and that was that. Vehicle was as described. They said they checked all the fluids for me, as I was about to go on a 3,000 mile trip back home. I verified this myself and sure enough everything was topped off. Highly recommended. I am just waiting for my title to come in from the CA DMV. It remains to be seen if there will be any issue there. I will update this review in due time.

This was he best experience at ANY dealership I have ever been to. Rigo Torres was exceptional! I have been a customer to dozens of dealerships in California for sales and service and there is NO caparison to Elm Ford. Treated with respect, not pushy and the BEST customer service ever! They do not rip off people like so many dealerships. This was, with no exception, a much better experience than any Mercedes, Ford, Chevy or BMW dealership anywhere. They treat you like a real person. Something unheard of in todays world. It makes me want to never go anywhere else. Thank you so much. I look forward to coming back for service and to purchase another vehicle in the future. Thank you so very much in restoring my faith in the automotive industry!

I bought a 1996 Dodge Indy am from these people in February 2005.<br>Since then I have spent $1600.00 in repairs and the Transmission JUST went out on Tuesday (5/8/05)!<br>When I took it into the Dealership the 1st time, they told me they wouldn't let ANY of their Techs drive it, until the Pitman Arm was changed, as it was in such bad condition.<br>I had driven that Truck from Los Angeles to my home <br>(435 Miles North), not knowing that this was in diss-repair.<br>I have e-mailed my salesman asking him to pay 50% of the total cost of repairs and he declined.<br>I have written the Better Business Bureau and the Bureau Of Automotive Repair.<br>The California Department Of Consumer Affairs wrote to me and told me that Deals On Wheels was a "Business that did not require registration/licensure with any regulatory body within the Department, but that my issue may fall within the authority of the California Department of Justice, Office Of The Attorney General and the Los Angeles County Department Consumer Affairs.<br>My complaint has been "forwarded" to BOTH agency's.<br>Perhaps with some contact from your organization, I may be able to reap some satisfaction from this unscrupulous seller.<br>It took every penny I had to buy this vehicle and once it broke down, it sat in my garage for 6 weeks, until I could save up the funds to repair it.<br>It lasted 2 weeks until the Transmission gave out and now it's back in my Garage AGAIN!<br>With estimates being in the $2K-$3K range, GOD knows how long it will be until I can get it repaired!<br><br>Roger <br>

I found a low mileage pick-up that fit my needs for towing but it was 80 miles away in Signal Hill. I called and spoke to Arman and he answered my questions. We drove there and test drove the truck. It was perfect for us and we bought it. Arman was great to work with. The truck is in great shape and drives great too. I would recommend this used car dealer to anyone looking for a good truck at a fair price.
