Buyer BEWARE We went in on total faith and purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Less than one week of purchase the service 4WD light came on. Took it to Jeep dealership. Cost us 525 to have the problem diagnosed and found it all the items that need to be repaired " Broken Motor mounts, Transfer case shift motor and DTCM are considered preexisting items which means the warranty we purchased will not cover any of the repairs. TOTAL LEMON AND THE SALESMAN KNEW IT. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS LOT. If i could give less than one star i would.

Purchased an Audi Q5. It arrived with aesthetic flaws not listed on the posting. I opened a claim with Silver Rock and took my car to a local dealership that performed a multi point inspection. The inspection revealed the car was literally falling apart but since it was outside the 7 day return window I was stuck with this lemon. Silver Rock refused to pay for the $25k in repairs. It was an awful experience and Carvana is a scam. They do not inspect vehicles prior to sale

The experience was excellent from start to finish! My experience first started when I found them through cars.com while searching for Chevy Suburban with low mileage for certain year. They responded quickly when I emailed them and we easily setup up an appointment. When I arrive, I was greeted by salesman Gerardo who had the Suburban ready to be looked at and test driven. After quick inspection, I note how clean and well kept this SUV is for 13 year old vehicle, even better was when we took it for a spin, handled like brand new! Back at the dealership, they ran a quick credit score, after I passed we went into negotiation and they where able to offer me better price! I agreed on it and after a little bit of paper work, I was new owner 2004 Chevy Suburban! I shook hands with Gerardo and Scott the owner, then I drove off one happy customer!

This is a DEN OF THIEFS! They illegally sold me a car which had no smog certificate. Because of this I can not get the title. The DMV won´t advance the paperwork on the sale of the vehicle without the smog certificate. I told them I am going to return the car they sold me and that i want my money back because they can not give me the title. When I spoke with them they called me a chicken-xxxx and told me to xxxx-off, I kid you not! I have started an investigation against them with DMV´s Special Investigation Unit. I have also started a complaint against their Bonding company Great American Insurance to attach their dealers bond. Do not for any reason trust these people. Ron Simi has helped us with at least 5 Volkswagens over the years, and we are always blown away by the fair and helpful service he provides. The staff at this dealership is friendly and considerate. Signing papers with Ed was a breeze. So I bought a 2005 Red Jetta GLI and everything was well kept on the car only my VW mechanic said it had a leak on the cam adjuster seal and valve cover gasket. So I called David and told him the problem and he said to bring it back and they will fix it no problem in those exact words. So I wrote down everything the car needed and when I went to pick up the car they told me everything was replaced so I had my mechanic check it and he told me they spray painted the valve cover to make it look pretty and used electric tape on one of the main breather hoses ELECTRIC TAPE people! I don't know who in their right minds would use tape for a repair and call it a job done. Complete BS! So I called and complained and told him I'd feel a lot safer if I didn't take it back and let him repair it because we all know not to trust mechanics that aren't certified! So he told me in a very rude tone to write what was wrong what it needed and this time he's going to have a "VW specialist" look at it, like if I really trusted he would take it to a VW mechanic HA! yeah right... So he said they will repair it no problem yet again. So I had to take it back AGAIN all the way to North Hollywood and drive my old car for a few days. This time besides listing what I had already told them to replace I went out of my way and put the part number and what the kit should include as well as request receipts and the old parts just to be sure it was really replaced and wouldn't you know it they still didn't repair the leaky gasket and cam adjuster seal a basic DIY job that although requires a good three hours is still doable by myself but it being under warranty they should have replaced it from the gecko. However they did replace the breather hose and actually used a clamp this time. The oil is still leaking and they didn't replace what the car had needed when they told me to my face everything was replaced they even mentioned they cleaned the car when you could clearly see it was dustier than when I took it to them. I don't trust these guys what so ever and I will be reporting them to BBB.

Jem Motor Corp. exceeded all of my expectations. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and did not hesitate to accommodate my fairly rigorous due diligence requirements. The car turned out to be exactly as represented and was fairly priced. Everything about the transaction went more smoothly than I've experienced at any new car dealership, including Audi, BMW, Mercedes and Porsche. I was a bit skeptical about working with an independent shop such as Jem, but not any more. Every aspect of the experience was superb. The experience was great, the have some fantastic cars, and they're honest an ethical. Jem will be the first place I check when I add another car to the collection.

I had a great experience at O.C. Autosource. Tony, the owner, personally helped me with the purchase of a Mercedes. There was no pressure and the price was fair. His support staff was very knowledgeable and kind. The paperwork was simple and fast, it took less than an hour (I did get pre-approved in advance). I was allowed to take the car to my mechanic for inspection and Tony promised to fix any major issues. It needed an auxiliary battery and also it only came with one key, so he said he would pay for both. I did not get this in writing, just a verbal promise. I got the extra key and new auxiliary battery and Tony paid me back without hassle. Definitely should take a look if looking for a highend vehicle!
