Bought car on July 16 put 5K plus got talked into trading in my car. I recieved great service by Jules. David was financial salesman Andrew was person who I dealt with regarding letter I got via fed ex on August 3rd stating that finance could not be found don't have great credit however was led to believe that financing was done even got name of financial institution on contract. They were letting me know that I had to return car. Called dealer was told trade was sold now have to start process of getting another car plus my trade in is gone.

Starting on a positive note - my salesperson, Bob, was great - but that is where the positive ends - the dealership is worn, dirty, and tattered - and the people working there are rude, dismissive, and condescending. BUYER BEWARE - I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO SALINAS GOLDSTAR GMC - Gilroy did not give me all of the discounts advertised amounting to about $1500 - not the end of the world, but the lack of transparency and "games" between sales- on-floor manager and finance were awful - to the point that I walked out at one point and the salesperson followed me to my car and convinced me that I would get everything I asked for. My fault for not just leaving when I had the chance. NEVER EVER USE THIS SHELL/SHAM AFTER THOUGHT OF A DEALERSHIP! BUYER BEWARE - ESPECIALLY WHEN THE ONLY POSTER ON THE DIRTY PEELING WALLS OF THE SALES OFFICES ARE "NO COOLING OFF PERIOD" ANNOUNCEMENTS.

Disappointing Post-Sale Experience – Lack of Accountability TL;DR: This dealership offers decent prices, but do not expect decent post-sale service based on our disappointing experience with the Sales and Finance teams. While I don’t believe they are deliberately deceptive, their lack of transparency and accountability is concerning. Avoid add-on services, especially extended warranties. If you must purchase one, make sure you get any promises in writing. Full Review: I purchased a 2024 Prius from Lompoc Toyota in March 2024 and initially had a good experience. The sales team was professional, and the purchase process went smoothly. Unfortunately, the problems began after the sale, and I feel compelled to share them to help future buyers. 1. Missing Owner’s Manual: The salesperson forgot to include the manual with the car. Mistakes happen, but it took two weeks and multiple follow-ups to get it shipped to us. Frustrating, but manageable. 2. One Key Only: Like many other Toyota buyers recently, we only received one key. We were told this was temporary, but despite repeated follow-ups, we still haven’t received any communication about when the second key will arrive. The lack of responsiveness has been disappointing. 3. Extended Warranty Issues: The most troubling experience involved the extended warranty. During purchase, Finance Manager Jorge (now a salesperson) assured us that we could get a full refund if we canceled the extended service agreement during the 3-year/36k-mile factory warranty period. In July, our car was totaled. It took several attempts to reach Jorge to cancel the warranty. After submitting the paperwork, a month went by with no communication. When we contacted the warranty company directly, we found out the dealership had never submitted our cancellation. We had to resolve it ourselves, only to discover that we were not eligible for the full refund, contrary to what Jorge had promised. Despite trying to resolve this with Lompoc Toyota, we were met with a lack of accountability and no follow-up. While the amount of money involved wasn’t large, the lack of transparency and post-sale service left us very disappointed. I had high hopes for this dealership, but this experience has changed my view. Future buyers should seriously reconsider doing business here, as their follow-up support is non-existent.

Just purchased my new BMW 4-Series from Greg at Diablo Motors and couldn't be happier! Excellent customer service and communication throughout the process. Greg took the time to walk me through my options, test drive the vehicle and help with financing as well with zero pressure to buy. I felt like he was really looking out for my best interest based on what I told him I was looking for. Highly recommend visiting Diablo Motors if you're looking to buy a pre-owned car at a fair price and working with good, honest people. Also, anyone that brings their dog to work is ok in my book.

A great easy experience at a fantastic price. I Highly recommend. I was looking for a Lexus LS 460 and came across MDK International. They had the car I was looking for, and also the lowest price by quite a lot, and I was looking nationwide to compare. They obviously know how to buy right and pass the savings on to the customer. On their website, you can read they price cars low with a minimal markup and it is not negotiable, which initially sounded scary, but once you realize the price is very good, it's also reassuring. Having researched this car I could tell it was a great price. The whole process was extremely easy, Darya was awesome to work with, and Michael came out a few times to talk to me about the car and the repair. I did take it to my mechanic to do a pre-inspection, as recommended on the website and they drove it over making the process easy. There were 2 issues found and MDK fixed for me before sale. I was very happy with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

BAIT AND SWITCH AND OVERPRICED DAMAGED VEHICLES!!! So like any guy, I was browsing for a new car and sought out the 2011 BMW 535I since I needed a flashy car for work/clients and that year will save $$. I saw Public Motors vehicle listed and how they work with people with troubled credit. I took the initiative to call and spoke to Airy who was reassuring that they can work with me. Since I am rebuilding my credit I know everything that is on there and made it clear I have a repossession from 2008 that is set to fall off in January, my score of 604 and how I have two credit cards I pay on to rebuild my scores despite major life threatening operations in 2011-2013 added up to medical collections, I was crystal clear on this. I also went over my income which is w2 wages and she was VERY reassuring for me to come down. Since I am a single Father of a 7 month old, my time is valuable. I again took the initiative to take the step further and submit an application for this vehicle remotely. Within 20 minutes I received a call from Airy confirming the approval on the 2011 BMW 535I. I was surprised and she even confirmed my down payment of $1,000 would work. Since my son and I had Disneyland plans I couldn't make it on Saturday, even though Airy pressured me to come in. I explained Sunday would be better after church with my final class ending at 4:30PM. Even with that explanation she continued to call me and email me stating the banks need me in within 3 days or else my approval expires. Because of this I changed all of my plans because there is no way I can make it on Monday due to work, so there I came straight from Church to pick up this car I have waited almost 7 years to get since my 2008 mistake (which resulted from a Texas tow company towing and holding car hostage until I pay their outrageous fees, I washed my hands with it and so did wachovia, they let the tow company keep it) Bottom line, I went through EVERY measure to ensure time is spent wisely without any misconceptions, misunderstandings and disappointments. To my arrival with my son strapped to me like a life vest I took a look at the car I wanted. Upon entering the vehicle it smelled of stagnant water, or almost like it was still airing out of some sort, the salesman told me this is the smell of REAL leather. Without making an issue out of it I explored different vehicles and met the GM named Juan and he informed me that I can't qualify for any of his luxury vehicles, I can only qualify for a 6k-8k vehicle with a $2,000 down payment. Just to be clear, I was already approved for the 2011 BMW 535I with a $1,000 down payment on a $28,000 loan, and now after all of my plans here is this guy telling me without any delay that is NOT the case. After my explanation of his representative Airy he continued to say, "well you know you have bad credit right?" Yeah, no kidding genius, I am the guy who was upfront from the beginning, I also let you run my credit and build my expectations up after I thoroughly explained how my time is valuable. My son can feel my frustrations, and started getting fussy. I then explained how their company hires deceiving people and that is BAD business and not the way to serve working Americans. I even told Airy I have no problem waiting another 6 months but NO, I was approved right NOW! I was livid like any busy single Father would be because this RUINED my weekend and the only free time of the day I had left. I was then stopped by another MANAGER, I told him to read my review, He offered to buy me dinner to avoid posting a bad and well EARNED review and I said "the moment character comes at the price of dinner is the day character doesn't exist" He reassured me they would handle this situation and email me and guess what? No email, no solution, liars is what they are.I gave them a valid opportunity to make this better and their TRUE colors showed like the blood dripping from the teeth of fed vampires. Don't believe the reviews, some of the cars smell like water damage and their responses are those of con artists. Use kelly blue book and see their inflated prices, this company needs to be reported and I will work with others who have been scammed to bring this to light. DO NOT BE FOOLED, I am disgusted thinking of the people they rip off, women, elderly etc. This is very disturbing, please buy somewhere else. Car sales people get a bad wrap from companies like this. This is the kind of dealership the media should investigate. More people need to come together against companies that are out to fool a buyer. Read the negative reviews and see how their fake reviews glow all over google. Yelp has better ways of hiding fake reviews, even though they can't stop the "bribed" ones on actual profiles. They will offer free services to post a positive review before you even leave the dealership. The car industry was JUST getting back to a professional industry until I encountered PUBLIC MOTORS!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

Didn't respond to an email or phone call. They advertise a bumper to bumper warranty, but do not/will not specify the duration or mileage of the warranty. I like the concept of a company repairing salvage title cars, but you better bring a level of service and reassurance to your potential customers that you'll stand behind your work. Dodging simple questions does not provide any reassurance. I would not gamble on this place.

I've bought two cars and sold four cars through these guys. One of the best smaller, specialty and high-end car dealerships you can do business with IMO. Quality cars that are sold by honest guys with integrity. I mean that. The owner cares about running an honest business. There are so many other fly by night and sketchy shops you can deal with and this is not one of them. I trust these guys whole heartedly and they will always get my business where possible. They also can do awesome wraps, PPF, etc. They have a great services team as well. Highly recommended.

Worse purchase ever. Don’t trust these guys. I was told and shown on the invoice I was paying 34000$ for a vehicle. I trusted them and when I look the VIN # up online it was purchased for brand new 24000$ so I over payed and should have done my homework before buying. I advise doing the same and just make sure your not overpaying.
