Do not bring your car to get serviced here. I bought a brand new car from another dealer and then moved so I decided to get my car serviced at Serramonte Nissan because of its "Award of Excellence." My driver's side window stopped working 1 month after I bought my car. I took it to Serramonte Nissan 4 times to fix the problem and each time they created a new problem (such as breaking interior molding) without fixing the window. The employees are rude and the staff is constantly turning over (I dealt with three different service advisors during a 2 month period, all of which were either fired or quit during that time). The mechanics are also incompetent since they failed to find the root cause of my broken window after three tries. Do yourself a favor and take your Nissan somewhere else for your service needs.

I took my mothers smart car in for a transmission problem. Mark Espinoza was my service adviser . super friendly . after i stated what was wrong with the vehicle he made me feel like i could trust him, by saying it could be as simple as a software update.! his estimated time for the diagnostic was right on it.. I was out of there in no time. Mark Espinoza is an Excellent Employee with much like supervisor manager skills. He also Guided me to the dealers waiting area, were waiting was easy with great coffee and delicious pastries ... Thank you Walters Riverside for having Mark Espinoza!!!!!

I recently took my Smart Car to the Santa Barbara Mercedes-Benz Dealership. It needed routine service and repair. I was helped by Service Advisor Michael Ruch. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Michael went out of his way to see that I received the best service and price. Everyone I met at the dealership was helpful and friendly. And Michael very graciously helped locate and mail to me some materials that I had accidentally left in the loaner car. I came today to get an oil change 02/02/2019 I’ve been coming g here for years. Since I bought my hummer here. They had the best customer service but today my husband forgot his oil change coupon And the wife could not find a current one to send to me. They did not honor the one I had. And not only that the service man Felipe cornejo 8345 was the rudest nastiest person ever Thinking in not coming for anymore service here Thanks Manuel
