Thank you very much for your good service that you have provided on my Mercedes. I took my Mercedes 2004 CLK320 to a dealer for Mercedes repair, but decided to get a second opinion before getting the work done. That's when I went to see Mercedes Autotech. I was glad I did because not only did I save a lot of money, but I found that Mercedes Autotech explained to me in detail. It turns out I didn't need all the parts the other dealer were saying I needed, so I saved a lot of $. Mercedes Autotech is a real pro. they have my trust and I feel completely safe taking my Mercedes to Autotech. Thanks.

I was recommended from Mercedes of Calabasas to have my car worked on around the end of December 2011. My Mercedes E350 is my baby and I am very particular about who touches it. When I was recommended to AW Collision, I was informed that they were the authorized body shop for the dealership so I felt secure about it. When I arrived, I was greeted quickly and Jeff was there right away to help me and he looked over my car and was very honest (I would be needing work on the back corner of my car). I asked a few questions and they called Enterprise for me. I was in a rush because I was on my work break and they did everything possible to help me get back to work. What I loved about this shop (as opposed to others I have dealt with) is that they called me on a regular basis so I never had to wonder or worry about my car. The repair took about 2 weeks and when it was done, I returned to the shop, picked up my car, and have been very happy since. You would never even know I was in an accident.

I took my carfor service since my usual dealer closed & I went here. They were great especially Jack he was honest & very thorough in explaining the work that had to be done. What brought me there is the price, they have the lowest labor rate around but their great service is what will keep me.

I've been going here for nearly 10 years and the service has gone down the tubes. In short, I had to return 4 times to get a window leak fixed. I was provided no concession and was even incorrectly charged for the service. I had to follow-up 4 times over 2 weeks before someone called me back to address it (when I was told they would get back to me the next day). Just really poor service, expectations, etc. I will never use them again

My experience was stress-free, fast and helpful, including getting me to and from work on time while the vehicle was being repaired. I would recommend you highly to anyone looking to purchase or service their vehicle. 5 Star rating all the way for these guys. First did business with them in 2008 when I brought my new Audi S8 to them for some work and was impressed then. Have been on the East Coast for the past few years and recently returned and brought a couple more of my Audi's to them for various projects, one being the performance chip upgrade for my "NY City Car" an Allroad quattro and again, I walk away totally impressed and fortunate to have connected with a company such as this. Highly recommended for any number of performance products and/or services for your car- They are enthusiasts, and know what they're talking about and care about the quality of their work all the while charging reasonable prices- Definitely a needle in the proverbial haystack in my opinion. If all businesses were like this, we wouldn't need sites like this to report our experiences with businesses because everyone would be happy all the time! OK, so maybe that's an over-simplification, but so many times we take the time to complain about poor service, poor customer service or inferior products, and it is truly refreshing to be able to commend an organization such as this for doing a great job.

Do not bring your car to get serviced here. I bought a brand new car from another dealer and then moved so I decided to get my car serviced at Serramonte Nissan because of its "Award of Excellence." My driver's side window stopped working 1 month after I bought my car. I took it to Serramonte Nissan 4 times to fix the problem and each time they created a new problem (such as breaking interior molding) without fixing the window. The employees are rude and the staff is constantly turning over (I dealt with three different service advisors during a 2 month period, all of which were either fired or quit during that time). The mechanics are also incompetent since they failed to find the root cause of my broken window after three tries. Do yourself a favor and take your Nissan somewhere else for your service needs.
