I scheduled a firmware update for my ID4, the worker there told me oh yea code 99 is not ready yet. He did not even check my car for which version I had. I don't want to name names but clearly he didn't want to work on my car and I didn't want to waste my time there and wait forever for the service. I wrote a complain on their website and got a message on my phone an hour later with a message of trying to sell me a car, I laughed. I blame the owner or upper manager for this, it seems that they don't care anymore.

I almost gave up on getting good customer service from the repair department. Today was different though because I asked for a different service advisor. Jack Daniels provided excellent customer service. I will bring my car back to this dealership as long as Jack takes care of the repair services.
