This dealer helped me greatly where another local dealer could not help at all. It was a warranty issue and another local dealer said the car was out of the warranty period, when if fact it was not. The Long Beach dealer helped us get the car running again at no cost as in fact it was under warranty These people are as good as it gets, and they do care. The other dealer is only interested in a sale and then forget you. The long Beach agency has respect for there customers, the other dealer could care less.

It’s all about the service you receive after the purchase of your new car! Tracy VW has “IT”. So impressed with Antonio Vera in the service dept. My car was due for its 20,000 mile check up. I was met at my car door, greeted by Antonio and walked thru my service start to finish. Being a woman at a car dealership and service appointment, sometimes it is sort of intimidating. This wonderful man was clear and friendly. He actually had a SMILE in his voice while talking. He enjoys people and really likes his job. I am very greatful to have worked with him on the service of my loved car:) Very refreshing and a very valuable employee for Tracy Volkswagen. I look forward to seeing him as a friend next year for my service!

I came today to get an oil change 02/02/2019 I’ve been coming g here for years. Since I bought my hummer here. They had the best customer service but today my husband forgot his oil change coupon And the wife could not find a current one to send to me. They did not honor the one I had. And not only that the service man Felipe cornejo 8345 was the rudest nastiest person ever Thinking in not coming for anymore service here Thanks Manuel

I brought my vehicle in for repair to VW of Downtown LA Normally taking a vehicle in to the dealer for repair is a nightmare but not at this dealer. Ryan from service from the moment I met him made me feel respected and special! He knows the meaning of “The customer always comes first” He explained everything in detail so I understood and when they had to keep my vehicle instead of sitting in a shoddy waiting area they arranged for a Lyft to pick me up and drop me off. I just wish that every business had excellent customer service like Volkswagen of Downtown LA. Thank you Ryan! You’re the best

Norman is terrific. Knows his cars but more important, a very good listener. He heard my issue and with Abe and other team members worked through the problem until there was a resolution. Super service and friendly, almost makes you want to have an issue so you can go in and hang with the team.

Charged my ev here. It was 29 minutes and 5 Kwh for $15. The dealers sets the rates. This is 30x what it costs at home and 10x most other chargers. It is 5x *anywhere* else, even the ones at gouge. If they are going to stick it to passerby's, just how hard are they going to stick it to you when buying or servicing a car. Don't go here for anything.

Went in to fix a recall, which of course was free, but still received great service. Ernesto was very helpful and courteous. I even found out when I picked it up that they filled my washer fluid at no charge without me even asking. (Light came on a couple days before I brought it in). Would definitely take my car in again.
