I came for an oil change and tire rotation initially. After further inspection of my car, rear struts needed to be replaced and drive belt was cracked. I approved the services and was able to get out within 3 hours. Freddi was a great service advisor and I would recommend him to anyone. Been getting my car serviced since 2012. Thanks!

Horrible! - Mike Toups

They kept my car for 3 months for a repair that should have taken 3 weeks. Worst part Brian and office manager don’t return phone calls and when you do get them on the phone they can’t give you any time frame on your car. They blame my insurance company or the Mercedes dealership for the delays. Offered me a $500 rebate after the fact but I would have to sign to not disparage them in any way. I told them no way I would not give them a review. Stay away from these people. They don’t care!

I been told all my life to avoid dealership service departments because they strong arm you. But not this one! I went in for a recall and a service and Freddy helped me out. Freddy informed me of the service interval for my vehicle and helped me understand what the milestones are for my vehicle and when the big services are due. Got me taken care of and on my way!
