We bought the new RAV elsewhere but had never received much information on any of the buttons, Toyota app had not been set up. Thank you to Tony for calling me back, making an appointment for us and taking the time to explain things to us. There were buttons I didn't even know we had! Our 2017 Tacoma has been basically trouble free for 8 years because the service department has given us updates and provided excellent service when the required services are due. Because the miles had gone over by 50 miles this was supposed to be a free with my purchase. They don’t honor what they promise. Stay away!!!
