I travel from San Diego to Temecula to avail the Service Department for the maintenance of my cars. Especially the Technician whose name is Clark Ocampo. Clark Ocampo's knowledge in car repair and maintenance is behind measure. He is very honest, professional, courteous and with 1000% customer service skills. Also the Adviser whose name is Alex Anbari, is exeptional in his Customer Service, Alex is very accommodative and flexible. As long as Clark Ocampo and Alex remains in that Temecula Toyota Dealer/Service Dept. by Ynez, I will keep coming back for the maintenance of my car. The only thing is the service dept was moved to other place, that I have to go down to the original service area to look for Mr. Clark Ocampo.
