Horrible work and customer service. Service was done due to negligence on Lexus during a routine service. Scratches and dents on car. They sent the car to get repainted in that area. Now the paint is coming off and corroded and they won't take responsibility or fix their error. Absolutely unacceptable! This is not up to par with the Lexus brand or quality. Take your business elsewhere.

I was treated like royalty - Hyundai happy

I've never had as wonderful experience as I had Monday, 12-18-17. Edgar Gonzalez and the other staff for that day were so nice! My 2014 Sonata needed servicing. Here are some perks, not necessarily in order of importance: 1. Free doughnuts, fruit, coffee and hot chocolate to make the wait enjoyable 2. Free oil change 3. Free car wash inside and out 4. Etc.! And they had me driving home in a timely manner! I would definitely recommend Ladin Hyundai Service!
