Un Stinkin Believable how nice these people are. I'm I'm taken back by how well I'm treated at this place. This is the 2nd time I bring my car in for service and this time was better than the last. Shout out to Tony, my service advisor, for being so helpful and presenting me with all my options and never pushy or aggressive like so many other places. If your lucky enough to get Tony your in great hands, but with all honesty everyone at the service station from the mechanics to the advisors are world class.

Salesman was not clear on his knowledge of the vehicle , its specifications , history, not welcoming … truly - not good . But I bought the car as I knew the quality and its history .

I feel so taken care of by these wonderful folks! Toyota really took care of servicing my vehicle, working with a difficult situation to repair my lifeline vehicle. They worked on my pricing with such a high level of care and responsibility, taking ownership and being incredibly proactive on servicing my vehicle. It could have literally saved my life. Demetrios really went to bat for me, and I got a loaner in the meantime (my next vehicle will be a Corolla Cross, which I will buy from Culver City Toyota if I can), and the repair work was done magnificently. So happy to be driving my little blue Prius C again. You really get what the best from Toyota: Toyota customer for life!
