I always have my car serviced here (Jeep Rubicon), but my last visit I was in a huge rush and I had told them that I had to be out of here in 30 minutes, however there were four people ahead of me and they said the wait would be over an hour. But one of their service advisors (Nick) put me ahead of the line due to my urgency and said don't worry about it, I thought that was so nice of them! My previous visits at service centers are always a minimum of an hour wait so this was a relief and really left a great impression on me for next time and to tell my friends!

I had a terrible sales experience with Hopkins where I walked out and purchased my Acura elsewhere. I dreaded going back for a warranty item, I was pleasantly surprised with Kah he was friendly, helpful, went to bat for me on a warranty item. Got me an Uber and followed up with me. Hopkins May have won back a customer.

EVERY time I come here for preventive maintenance on my car EVERY one here is so helpful, polite and makes coming in enjoyable. I'm in and out within an hour. They bring me back a clean car and I am ready to go. Alec Tafaoga is the service advisor who has helped me always with his positive attitude, With him being the first to deal with is just an asset to your dealership. He's a keeper!!
