Had the worst service advisor ever. Been a customer for over 10+years here.
I had an appt at 7am (& was in line before their door opened). My service Advisor Eric Davidson didn't even say good morning or greet me. My car was here to be diagnosed for something. He said he may have an answer by 9am but never called me. I called him at 9:26am and he stated, "I'll get back to you soon". Didn't get back to me until 10am. Apparently, he had an identity problem with someone else responding to my name & paying for my job. So, he was in a "foul" mood and never apologized for that incident. I understand mistakes can be made, but it would have been nice to have an apology for his customer mis-identity incident. The other Service Advisors in the past were excellent-very personable. As a woman and a minority, I found my service advisor's behavior unacceptable.
