Have purchased two vehicles from Palm Springs Motors, one in 2008 and one in 2017. I have had both vehicles serviced here and only here and have always had great service. If I had an issue it was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Wally, my service advisor, is always professional, courteous, and great to work with. My experience with Palm Springs Motors has always been better than any other dealer I have worked with in the past!

Best Nissan dealership ever. The exceptional level of customer appreciation and support is evident from whole staff, from the general manager to the professional who answers the phone. Recently I had my 23 Pathfinder in for it's routine service and the service department acknowledged an issue with the rear bumper. After an evaluation it was determined the bumper had some defects. Edgar and Justin explained the problem to me and gave me several options to resolve the issue. Using Nissan's great warranty and support of their cars the bumper was replaced. The process went seamlessly thanks to Edgar and Justin, they made scheduling very easy and convienent. I was given a rental and the repair was completed much sooner than I expected. The car looks great as good as the day I drove it off the lot. It's very refreshing to be valued as a customer. I highly recommend this dealership, their great customer service has made me the proud owner of 5 new Nissans over the last 15 years.

Was in on 3/9/21, to have my car serviced. Service was top of the line. Went to buy some Mustang performance parts, more top level service. I have also had a Lincoln service there back in the day...nothing but great experiences to report,

I am on my 4th Infiniti, all purchased and serviced at Peninsula Infiniti, and I am disappointed to see the deterioration of service at this dealership from Sales to Service. The overall Infiniti ownership experience has really gone down over the years. This will likely be the last Infiniti car for me.
