I would actually give the service department less than 1 star. I have contacted the bureau of automotive repairs to look into their business practices. The GM never even gave the courtesy of returning my call. Shame on you. During one repair, 270 miles were put on my car. Bad business. Sales department is okay but I was promised chips for my car in 6 weeks and haven't heard back. Cadillac owners beware!

Went here for a lyft inspection told me my brake pads were to worn failed me said 726$ they would do my pads said nope went bought new pads had them put on spent 280$ guess what my pads were still new not did they cost me 280$ for a brake job I didn't need as a local really tried to screw me twice726$ for a brake just pads job xxx screw that everyone is gonna know what a scam you guys are.

We brought our vehicle to the fast lane for service (Oil change, filter & tire rotation) on 11/08/2017. Service writer looked up out info and didn't notice we had the extended service plan so tried to charge us for the oil change. The tires were not rotated as was indicated on the receipt. I had to return to the dealership at a later date and told her the tires were not rotated. She looked up my info and stated that they were. After showing her the receipt that showed they weren't, she said they would rotate them. She offered several lies as to why they weren't rotated blaming my Wife for one then admitting she didn't know we had the extended service. I asked what pattern they used to rotate on my veh. She stated front straight back and rear straight forward. I told her that was wrong. She said, we'll do it anyway you want. She went to get the service mgr but returned with the assistant mgr. I asked him the same question and his reply was the same. I told him the owner's manual indicated different. He stated, "That's the way we've done it ever since I've been here for 23 years". Ford service personnel supposedly receive certification for training on the proper methods of their vehicle service which I believe is continual. They proudly show off the certificates at the dealership. How could an assistant service mgr and service writer not be knowledgeable as to the correct rotation pattern which is front tires straight back and the rears crossed to the front. This doesn't apply to tires that are designed as directional which mine are not. I can only imagine how many customers have unknowingly received poor service repairs from this center either due to ignorance or shoddy work. If you need service done to your vehicle, I'd recommend having it done at another dealership that has a higher service standard or take your chances of getting it done right.

Take more time to clean the car! - HT

Did not have a good experience. Went here to get my first service done, and by the end of it, the inside of the car was still pretty dirty. I showed it to one of the Lexus guys standing outside and he brought a cloth and some soap and cleaned the door panels from inside. Then after I left, I noticed that they did not even open the small compartment behind the gear as it was still dirty. The little area at the side of the seats was also dirty. Looks like somebody just vacuumed the car for less than 2 minutes and was done with it. Pretty annoyed, actually surprised and absolutely not expected from a Lexus dealership!

Christina was most helpful and super friendly last weekend when we needed to rent a car for a family 50th wedding anniversary party about 3 hours away. We will certainly recommend Vreeland car rental in Buellton to anyone needing to rent a reliable car for a reasonable price in that area! (We really liked that Bronco Sport too!)

I'm surprised to see anything but excellent notes. I have owned several Jaguars over the past 10 years. All bought here. All serviced here. Nothing but good experiences. The price of the service is high, but so is the quality. I have also been offered replacement parts at zero cost on more than one occasion, when they were under no obligation to do so (e.g., when the leather dash started to pull back from the windshield on a 6 year old, out of warrantee XK they replaced with brand new leather for no cost). The fact that they provide loaners through Hertz is a little annoying, but again I've had free loaner cars when not required under contract on more than one occasion, so it's never really bothered me. My regular insurance covers the rental, so that took care of that.

I worked with Tyler, the service advisor. He was great. He was responsive and contacted another shop that did brake work on my car, previously, which was the reason for me to go to the dealership. I was happy with the work they did and plan to continue taking my car for service and repair.
