The service department is crooked. They reuse photos to try and say your filters needs repair, the make appointments for services they can't honor. Been waiting an hour and my car has not even been started and there are no others customers here. Do not use this service department.

We have found everyone to be extremely helpful as well as friendly. They go over a mile for you. I absolutely love my new car. Today met a gentleman who drove from Nevada to purchase a CX5. He explained that he has been researching for months and found them to be the most helpful in getting him what he wants.

I have been taking my 2018 Highlander to Tracy Toyota for every regular maintenance since we purchased the vehicle. The service have been excellent. This is the first time that I did not get a copy of the Multipoint Inspection. Now I doubt the full inspection was performed. I also doubt the tires were not rotated since the dirt on the wheels were not disturbed.
