Every experience I have had with Porsche Ontario has been great. Carlos is a fantastic sales guy who made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. Brandon Hanson was very helpful and provided me with a seamless service experience. As a woman, it can be hit or miss when it comes to car-related things. Porsche Ontario always makes me feel welcome and comfortable.

When I first came to Porsche San Francisco. I felt very welcome by everyone. The consultants are service . Michelle Gent is super helpful knowledgeable and professional. The conversation via text is safe and very clear. I appreciate that. Michelle follow up with me a week later regarding spark plugs that need to be replaced. I was really pleased that Michelle inform me that spark plug needed replacement as Porsche changed their policy instead of four years to three years, that is wonderful Michelle. I am very impressed with the service and the service was excellent. Keon and Eric helped me to understand more of the the feature of the car. Everyone was very nice and have a good energy. Thank you so much and by the way, I like the hot chocolate from the café delicious

Great Customer Service! I brought my Taycan to Porsche Irvine Service for a recall inspection, software update and windshield replacement. Everything went as smooth as possible. From the greeting on arrival, to the interaction with the Service Advisor, Jon Lewis, to the loaner car, to the pick up of my car...it all went great! I would completely recommend Porsche Irvine to all Porsche owners and I will only take my Porsches here!

I recently had my lease in the shop for 3 weeks following an accident. From start to finish, Cesar Rosales and Nick Xenos at Autonation Collision Center stayed on top of every detail. Initial contact was with Cesar: he squeezed me in, so I brought my car to him the same day I called. He provided a ballpark assessment and handled all the details with the insurance appraiser/claims department. Then, Nick Xenos and his team started on the body work quickly. Both of them kept me fully apprised every couple of days. In the end, the team delivered ahead of schedule and wow, my car looks amazing again! What a pleasure to witness customer service, professionalism, and pride of work at the highest caliber! This crew is doing things right! Thank you for a stellar experience.

My Aston Martin battery died on a Friday night and the service advisor Ian Labrecque was on the phone trying to find a tow company who could take the car to the dealer for repair. he was with us on the phone until 10pm . I have not experienced such great service from any other dealer. He even explained to the tow truck driver how to charge the battery and its location. Simply amazing service. I consider myself very lucky to have this dealership in our valley.
