I bought the car there and had a pleasant experience. I have taken my vehicle twice for service and fixes and both times i feel I am treated with respect. I like the place.

Been using fremont ford service for about 5 years now. I've always been very pleased with the service I have received. Employees are very helpful. And on my last visit once again the service was great and the price of the repair was very fare with the warranty plus it's great to get your car back clean each time.

I was very impressed with Richard my mechanic. He took me on a test drive to actually see if I could feel the pulling to the right. He also explained in detail what he did. I was very impressed with this young man and wished more people treated their customers like this. Also my advisor Ronnie was fantastic. Because of these 2 employees my experience was very good.

Sloppy, careless service - kwmazada

Hansel did repair the damage to my vehicle from driving over something on the freeway, however, when I got it back it reeked of gasoline. It was so bad I took it to my local dealer (San Luis Obispo) and they wouldn't release it to me until they had thoroughly checked to make sure there wasn't an actual leak. They finally figured out someone had gotten in the driver's seat and saturated it with gasoline, most like from their clothes or rags they sat on. Tyler, the service advisor, said the smell would eventually go away so obviously they knew about it. My question is why didn't they clean the seat?? Beware using them because you may not get your vehicle back in the same condition you left it. Their shop must be really dirty and messy if their clothes are that stinky. Makes you wonder what's going on in their brains if they work with that smell all day.

Did not have a good experience. Went here to get my first service done, and by the end of it, the inside of the car was still pretty dirty. I showed it to one of the Lexus guys standing outside and he brought a cloth and some soap and cleaned the door panels from inside. Then after I left, I noticed that they did not even open the small compartment behind the gear as it was still dirty. The little area at the side of the seats was also dirty. Looks like somebody just vacuumed the car for less than 2 minutes and was done with it. Pretty annoyed, actually surprised and absolutely not expected from a Lexus dealership!

Horrible work and customer service. Service was done due to negligence on Lexus during a routine service. Scratches and dents on car. They sent the car to get repainted in that area. Now the paint is coming off and corroded and they won't take responsibility or fix their error. Absolutely unacceptable! This is not up to par with the Lexus brand or quality. Take your business elsewhere.
