I can't say enough good things about my new Mazda 3 and the staff at Galpin Mazda. Everyone made me feel welcome and the experience was relaxed and fun. Salvador and Pilar were great to deal with. It's not a "hard sell" and it doesn't need to be as these absolutely excellent cars sell themselves. Salvador took his time to show me how the car worked (my car was quite old and I needed a tech update...) and he got me a discount that I had not asked for or expected. I don't know when I'll be back to buy another Mazda from Galpin as I plan on keeping this one for at least ten years, but I'll be a Mazda driver and a Galpin customer as long as I'm driving.

Just purchased my new Mazda CX-5 from this dealership. The process was smooth from start to finish. Not only did they give me a great deal on my new 2025 Mazda CX-5 but they accommodated my schedule and they delivered the car to me. Tony walked me through how to set up my infotainment settings and gave me some tips on keeping the car in great condition. I absolutely love my CX-5 and I was treated very well by all the employees at this dealership. I would highly recommend them even if you have to drive a bit more to get there. I actually called five other Mazda dealerships in my area, none gave me the excellent deal this dealership was able to give me.

I purchased a new vehicle just before the New Year, and was promised accessories that were not immediately available. My sales person assured me that they would arrive within 2 weeks, and would have the service department conact me when they arrive. Fast-forward 2.5 weeks, two texts to the salesman and no update, I called the dealership, and was informed that the order was never relayed to the parts department. I was pretty disappointed, but the service/ parts associate, Devote stepped up and made it right. With speed and efficiency, he had those parts ready, and I had an appointment for installation that weekend, with the help of Lex! People like Devote are the ones who make the difference. I'll be coming back to purchase my wife's car at Fremont Mazda, and when I do, I hope my sales rep is Devote!

I left my car there overnight, they did the repairs. When I came back, they let me have my car without trying to upsell me on anything and like that, I was off. It was a great experience.
