Bought my CX-5 at Cardinale Mazda back in August 2021. Everything was good until a rattle developed on the front windshield (OEM) November 2022. A brief description of the rattle: it happens during the day when the car is warm or hot because of the sun. I brought the car in for at least 5 times to get diagnosed showed them videos and test drove with a technician that heard the noise. While I appreciate the loaners car they gave me during the times they had my vehicle for service, it still doesn't change the fact that the issue remains unsolved. I have been in contact with Mazda Corporate as well but seems like there's no clear communication from both parties at all. Bad warranty service experience.
