I been told all my life to avoid dealership service departments because they strong arm you. But not this one! I went in for a recall and a service and Freddy helped me out. Freddy informed me of the service interval for my vehicle and helped me understand what the milestones are for my vehicle and when the big services are due. Got me taken care of and on my way! This is THE place you want to take your bmw (or Mercedes) if you live in SD and are either out of warranty or doing aftermarket modifications. I’ve come here about fifteen times in the past 7 years for multiple cars and they are simple the best in SD. I’ve tried all the shops, and none can compare. Shane is an honest guy he runs this place with integrity and he can diagnose things in minutes that takes others hours or even days! Definitely where you want to take your car.

These guys don't sell cars they repair cars for other dealerships in the area. So if a Range Rover dealer gets a Porsche trade in with problems they send it to exclusive motors for repair since they Land Rover dealers don't work on other brands. I am not sure how many brands Exclusive Motors are dealer capable. But you see lots of European new cars on their lot. Remember they don't sell they repair

They always give me great service and are very friendly. They even checked out a couple of issues I thought I was having with my Kia Optima. I still love my car and it’s 3 years old now! They even give you a complimentary car wash with the oil change service! And I love the fresh doughnuts they have in the comfortable waiting room with big TV!

2nd time I went in for oil change as well as a specialty issue. 2nd time I waited over 3 hours and got no communication until I finally called the desk. 2nd time they told me specialty service couldn’t be done. I waited over 3 hours twice only to leave without the job being done. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a car dealership.

So Moe is the best!! I just bought my 2nd car from him and I always feel great! He asked me alot if questions so I could think about what I really wanted.. and I got it!!! Everyone is really nice and for someone like me I felt safe and great when I left with my new Sorento!!!
