This is THE place you want to take your bmw (or Mercedes) if you live in SD and are either out of warranty or doing aftermarket modifications. I’ve come here about fifteen times in the past 7 years for multiple cars and they are simple the best in SD. I’ve tried all the shops, and none can compare. Shane is an honest guy he runs this place with integrity and he can diagnose things in minutes that takes others hours or even days! Definitely where you want to take your car.

These guys don't sell cars they repair cars for other dealerships in the area. So if a Range Rover dealer gets a Porsche trade in with problems they send it to exclusive motors for repair since they Land Rover dealers don't work on other brands. I am not sure how many brands Exclusive Motors are dealer capable. But you see lots of European new cars on their lot. Remember they don't sell they repair

The left tailight of my car can't turn on. I bring the car to Fremont Hyundai repair dealership to fix it. The car stayed there for one week, but they can’t fix it well. Diagnosis fee will be $1300. I took my car to Giant Bull auto repair shop, they only spent one hour and fixed it well. Only charged $185.

This place will treat you horribly. They have a reputation for damaging cars during repair and not disclosing it, hoping you drive off the lot and can then blame it on you. New ownership is a joke and will not take any ownership for anything, they will tell you to kick rocks, which sucks because they used to be excellent and are riding on the coat tails of the owners that actually cared about service. We've been fighting with them for 5 years to credit us for a service that they made us pay for but should have been covered under our plan. They're now telling us "Well no one is here from 5 years ago". I've never been treated so disrespectfully, and they had the audacity to try to buy our car from us today over email. None of the people we talked to about this last year when they damaged our car and didn't tell us are here either. You read the right, they damaged our bumper while repairing our car and didn't tell us. When the shuttle driver picked me up during the repair process they told me they pick up people all the time for this issue. Don't give them your buisness, they won't care about you, and try to pull a fast one on you when they damage your car.

A great day (8/7) at Russell Westbrook Hyundai! I live in the area and set up my 10,000 service for my 2017 Veloster! I recently saw Hyundai’s new smaller SUV, the Kona and knew this was my next car. I planned to test drive one while at the Dealership. To sum it all up, I’m now a Kona owner & I LOVE my Kona! It’s a perfect size for my around town needs & will hold plenty when I head out on vacation. This is our second Hyundai. For whatever reason my wife likes this brand but it has been nothing but trouble for me. Our 2012 Santa Fe engine would shut off for no reason. I took it to their service department and couldn't resolve it. Finally a couple of years later a software upgrade solved that problem and other than the AC issue and battery associated alarm issue, it has been a good car. When I tried to change the factory installed battery the alarm went off and I had to take it to this dealership to resolve, and they did. Why my wife wanted a new Hyundai, was unknown to me but we bought a Venue for her. It came with a few free oil change. The problem is you can not make any reasonable appointment and when you call the service, THEY NEVER ANSWER. Don't bother to leave a message. I have left at least 5 with no return calls. I told my wife, this is the last Hyundai you are getting. I am taking it to the San Jose shop for service. I am hoping they are better..

WOW what a deal - The Arc

I actually only visited Hyundai of LaQuinta (HLA) just to buy a remote control for my wife's 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe, which had somehow ended up in the dishwasher. My two youngest Grandbabies still refuse to answer after being grilled for hours. Santa will not be kind to them this year. He's actually taking notes. Well the service was so over the top great that I ended up buying a new Hyundai Kona. It's the only one in town, it gets 30mpg, and when I test drove it "it had me ay hello". The staff was very attentive, professional and polite. My Sales Rep Cande Arias actually listened to what I wanted and never once played those annoying little games that some car salesmen play. I met Bobby Galloway the General Manager and knew right away that I would be buying a car. The staff are incredible Randy Yates, Gene Oneill, Ian McHenry, Phred Espinosa, Mark Link, Tim Davis, Julio Corona, David Jones, Judith, and Cande Arias. So do yourselves a favor and go see the guys and gals at Hyundai of La Quinta for a great buying experience.
