I have owned six different vehicles, all from different brands, so I have spent a lot of time at all kinds of service centers. Genesis of Irvine has been the best service experience I have ever had. I will never go anywhere else. They are under new ownership (Norm Reeves) as of a month ago, and the service advisors here are absolutely incredible. I cannot say enough good things about Jose, Serdar, and Derrick, who have truly gone above and beyond for me during my visits for oil changes and maintenance. The level of care they provide is absolutely unmatched. They always met deadlines, were in constant communication, were very patient and really listened to me, and only recommended what was needed for my car. Never tried to upsell unnecessary items. When you drop your car off, they send you a text with a link for a portal to view the current status of your car, see invoices and estimates, and update the portal with technician's comments. Very cool. I feel they truly care about keeping me on the road and my car in top condition. This is the service you expect from a luxury brand like Genesis, and they truly deliver. If you are local, trust me, don’t go anywhere else.

I got my engine replaced here at Perez Auto & Truck Repair They did a wonderful job, and I got a great deal on it. Very inexpensive service fees, for really good work. I will definitely be back if I need more work done to my car.

Thank you very much for your good service that you have provided on my Mercedes. I took my Mercedes 2004 CLK320 to a dealer for Mercedes repair, but decided to get a second opinion before getting the work done. That's when I went to see Mercedes Autotech. I was glad I did because not only did I save a lot of money, but I found that Mercedes Autotech explained to me in detail. It turns out I didn't need all the parts the other dealer were saying I needed, so I saved a lot of $. Mercedes Autotech is a real pro. they have my trust and I feel completely safe taking my Mercedes to Autotech. Thanks.

I was recommended from Mercedes of Calabasas to have my car worked on around the end of December 2011. My Mercedes E350 is my baby and I am very particular about who touches it. When I was recommended to AW Collision, I was informed that they were the authorized body shop for the dealership so I felt secure about it. When I arrived, I was greeted quickly and Jeff was there right away to help me and he looked over my car and was very honest (I would be needing work on the back corner of my car). I asked a few questions and they called Enterprise for me. I was in a rush because I was on my work break and they did everything possible to help me get back to work. What I loved about this shop (as opposed to others I have dealt with) is that they called me on a regular basis so I never had to wonder or worry about my car. The repair took about 2 weeks and when it was done, I returned to the shop, picked up my car, and have been very happy since. You would never even know I was in an accident.

I took my carfor service since my usual dealer closed & I went here. They were great especially Jack he was honest & very thorough in explaining the work that had to be done. What brought me there is the price, they have the lowest labor rate around but their great service is what will keep me.

My experience was stress-free, fast and helpful, including getting me to and from work on time while the vehicle was being repaired.
