Unprofessional and Disappointing Service:
My recent visit to Glendale Genesis for a service appointment was extremely disappointing. It took over a month to schedule, and when I arrived, there was no dedicated parking for service vehicles. Customers had to wait on a non-parking side street with no signs for the service entrance. The waiting area was small, with outdated and dirty chairs.
Service technicians were unresponsive and unprofessional. Despite scheduling in advance, I waited two hours without any update on my car, which remained untouched for most of the day. The customer service representative was indifferent and uninformed about my car’s status.
After picking up my car, I found several scratches on the bumper. Despite reporting this immediately and following up three times in a week, I received no response. Their customer service is a joke.
Listening to their recorded message about outstanding service, especially under new management, was frustrating. This experience was a stark contrast to those claims.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at Glendale Genesis. If Genesis wants to be seen as a premier brand, they must address these serious issues.
