Poor Service! I purchased a Black Label Lincoln with them. I called and scheduled an oil change and asked them to look into my volume button not working since it is under warranty. With the Black Label, car pick up and drop off, oil change, tires balance and rotated, and cleaning is supposed to be an added bonus with the purchase. The pick up went as planned, I was called and told there is nothing wrong with my volume, which in fact after insisting he check for himself there is an issue. I was then called and told they had completed my oil change and tires rotated and balanced and I would be transferred to make payment. After questioning why I was paying when I have a Black Label under warranty I was put on hold, transferred, told they would have to look into it and then finally called back and told that I was correct and that I should not be changed. My car was returned and I was handed my keys only later to find out that my car was not washed and vacuumed. I received the absolute worst customer service from their service department. They did not want to fix items under warranty, they tried to charge me, and they did not fulfill the Black Label guarantee.
