Avoid Casa de Cadillac if you value your time, money, and sanity. What should have been a premium buying experience turned into a nightmare due to their abysmal customer service and complete lack of accountability. From the moment I drove off the lot, my car had issues that any reputable dealership would prioritize and resolve. Instead, Casa de Cadillac has given me nothing but excuses, unfulfilled promises, and dismissive attitudes. They seem more interested in covering up their mistakes than fixing them. The service department is not only unhelpful but also rude—they lie about repairs being completed and refuse to acknowledge ongoing problems. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not their priority. For a dealership representing a luxury brand, their standards are shockingly low. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere—Casa de Cadillac is not worth the headache.

Decided to go look at the Audi Q7 and see if it was the car we would need for our family. Wow! Love our new car! Syed Ali is a wonderful salesman great working with someone who really loves his job and very personable, knows the Audi cars and took us through the transaction with ease!! We purchased a vehicle ONE month ago from Riverton Chevrolet in Sandy, Utah and drove it to California. The car broke down the day we got there. I took it to Coachella Valley GMC in Indio California and was told it needed $3000 in repairs. I contacted Riverton Chevrolet in Utah because I felt they were an honest company that would sell me a reliable car that would last far more than a month and would back up their sale. I spoke with 2 different people in Utah- Logan Page and Steve Carter. Both of them told me there was nothing they were willing to do to help with the cost. When we asked for the corporate number to discuss the matter we were told they don't have a number for that! The dealership in California- Coachella Valley GMC was the complete opposite. There, I spoke with Raymond Gamboa- service advisor. He went above and beyond to help us out. He contacted the GM corporation and was able to lower the price of service (and gave us the number if we needed to contact them in the future), he found other repairs that the Utah dealer should have caught before selling us the car. He simply showed that he was sorry for the situation we were in and made us feel like he truly cared about us. We also met Ed Chavez- owner of Coachella Valley GMC. We had paid for the repairs and were headed back to Utah and he still wanted Raymond to look further into our car to see if anything more could be done to help with our cost. Our next car- I would drive the 800 miles from Utah to buy from this great dealer.

Service was very quick. Waiting area is awesome with free drinks and snacks. The place is very clean and comfortable. Took only 45 minutes for oil and tire rotation and that included a free car wash.

It may not be the best place to buy an Acura, but it sure is a very nice service center. <br><br>Work quality, friendliness and pricing are all top notch. The only problem is that you don't get an Acura-branded loaner. But if you call in advance and tell them you're gonna wait until they finish, they will do the job very quickly. Taking in consideration this is an Acura, all I need is a regular oil change, and it usually takes about 30 minutes. I use that time to visit dealerships clustered nearby :)<br><br>P.S. Once they even fixed the rearview mirror I broke under warranty.
