I am writing to share my deeply unsatisfactory experience - FunLife
I am writing to share my deeply unsatisfactory experience with the services rendered at LAGUNA NIGUEL GMC. Our dealings were fraught with inefficiencies and miscommunications, which I believe should be addressed to prevent similar experiences for other customers.
Key Issues:
• Unwarranted Service: Wheel Alignment
Despite the wheel alignment report showing all parameters were within the manufacturer's optimal range, the dealership advised unnecessary alignment for our 2022 GMC Terrain. A GM expert confirmed that no such alignment was needed, indicating a possible misrepresentation of our vehicle's condition. We have, therefore, requested a full refund for this unwarranted service.
• Repeated Attempts for Tire Rotation & Incomplete Tire Repairs
o First Visit (5/12-5/15/2025): The agreed tire rotation was not completed. During this visit, a tire leak was identified, which required further attention.
o Second Visit (5/27-5/29/2025): Although partially done, the sensors were not reprogrammed following the tire rotation, and the tire leak issue persisted, ultimately being repaired at American Tire Depot.
o Third Visit (6/4/2025): Attempts to address sensor issues led to new problems, exacerbating the situation.
Our request for a full refund after these visits was met with dismissive communication. After three email exchanges, a field operation director bluntly stated, "we will not be refunding this. This will be my last communication with you moving forward," cutting off further dialogue.
I am sharing this experience to highlight the need for better customer service standards and accountability at LAGUNA NIGUEL GMC. Customers deserve transparency and reliability, especially from a brand as esteemed as GM.
