Multiple Times Back For Certfied Ford - David Stemen
I bought my 2013 Focus in June. It was what i was looking for low mileage, 5 speed, black on black w/ leather, appearance package and MFT w/ 10 speaker system. Had the car for 3 hours before I realized loose heat shield, cracked dashboard near the window, oil light on, headlights wont turn off, and bad motor mount. All fixed after a week and a half. Two months later clutch is burnt up, the car leaves family and I stranded 100 miles from home. Other Ford dealers had the car for 3 days drove 20 miles and said nothing is wrong. Brought it to David Hall at Downtown Ford, he called the next day and said the clutch was burnt up they covered the clutch under warranty since i had the car less than 4k miles. 6 Months to the day i took delivery of the car and the battery dies. I didn't get the battery at Downtown ford. But after 2 weeks my O2 sensor went out. At the time writing this i only have 32K on the ODO.
However David Hall is my service adviser at Downtown Ford and he is one of the only representatives i will deal with at Ford. While the O2 was fixed he even gave me a loaner vehicle to drive. Now that i have an adviser that I can trust, I will be bringing in my Bronco, Escape, and Ranger for them to work on as well.
