Multiple Times Back For Certfied Ford - David Stemen

I bought my 2013 Focus in June. It was what i was looking for low mileage, 5 speed, black on black w/ leather, appearance package and MFT w/ 10 speaker system. Had the car for 3 hours before I realized loose heat shield, cracked dashboard near the window, oil light on, headlights wont turn off, and bad motor mount. All fixed after a week and a half. Two months later clutch is burnt up, the car leaves family and I stranded 100 miles from home. Other Ford dealers had the car for 3 days drove 20 miles and said nothing is wrong. Brought it to David Hall at Downtown Ford, he called the next day and said the clutch was burnt up they covered the clutch under warranty since i had the car less than 4k miles. 6 Months to the day i took delivery of the car and the battery dies. I didn't get the battery at Downtown ford. But after 2 weeks my O2 sensor went out. At the time writing this i only have 32K on the ODO. However David Hall is my service adviser at Downtown Ford and he is one of the only representatives i will deal with at Ford. While the O2 was fixed he even gave me a loaner vehicle to drive. Now that i have an adviser that I can trust, I will be bringing in my Bronco, Escape, and Ranger for them to work on as well.

They have terrible customer service. Extremely unintelligible. They are very rude an unprofessional. A guy named Corey lied to my face an told me he would make sure my truck got taken car of. I called a few days later concerned that I haven't gotten a call about my truck, they had no idea where my truck was an denied it was even there. I absolutely hate Ed Wittmeier Ford Lincon me Mrcury dealership an ever single one of its employees. You guys suck an should all be fired!

They kept my car for 3 months for a repair that should have taken 3 weeks. Worst part Brian and office manager don’t return phone calls and when you do get them on the phone they can’t give you any time frame on your car. They blame my insurance company or the Mercedes dealership for the delays. Offered me a $500 rebate after the fact but I would have to sign to not disparage them in any way. I told them no way I would not give them a review. Stay away from these people. They don’t care!

This is THE place you want to take your bmw (or Mercedes) if you live in SD and are either out of warranty or doing aftermarket modifications. I’ve come here about fifteen times in the past 7 years for multiple cars and they are simple the best in SD. I’ve tried all the shops, and none can compare. Shane is an honest guy he runs this place with integrity and he can diagnose things in minutes that takes others hours or even days! Definitely where you want to take your car.

These guys don't sell cars they repair cars for other dealerships in the area. So if a Range Rover dealer gets a Porsche trade in with problems they send it to exclusive motors for repair since they Land Rover dealers don't work on other brands. I am not sure how many brands Exclusive Motors are dealer capable. But you see lots of European new cars on their lot. Remember they don't sell they repair

Huge thank you to service manager Mike M. & services tech Emilio who went above and beyond to corrected my vehicle issues. There was a minor hiccup and miscommunication but Mike handled it right away and was very professional which I appreciate. Emilio followed through with the service needed until the end, I was grateful for that and the communication we established.
