Do not bring your car to get serviced here. I bought a brand new car from another dealer and then moved so I decided to get my car serviced at Serramonte Nissan because of its "Award of Excellence." My driver's side window stopped working 1 month after I bought my car. I took it to Serramonte Nissan 4 times to fix the problem and each time they created a new problem (such as breaking interior molding) without fixing the window. The employees are rude and the staff is constantly turning over (I dealt with three different service advisors during a 2 month period, all of which were either fired or quit during that time). The mechanics are also incompetent since they failed to find the root cause of my broken window after three tries. Do yourself a favor and take your Nissan somewhere else for your service needs.

I had a less than satisfactory experience working with Johnny. He does NOT call with updates you have to call him or go down there. If you point this out to him he becomes very defensive while deflecting & projecting on you. Attempting to make you the customer the person in the wrong. I never was treated this way at Lithia, ever! The reason I gave your business an opportunity was a coworker (I work in Madera but live in Fresno) suggested it because of your pick up and delivery service. If I hadn’t been for Lee staying late and getting me I would have been stranded. Now we fast forward two months. I return for my transmission repair again seeing Johnny (reluctantly) he had my paperwork to repair my transmission. Did not tell me I didn’t have to pay for it I found this out by coming in to check on it (was supposed to be on on June 14th Ryan his supervisor informed me and I told him I had been paying for a rental and Ryan had Dan get me a rental from their own rental I had me return mine back to Enterprise. Again Johnny did not call with any updates I had to return to the dealership for an update. Johnny leaves early and takes time off ( not that is a bad thing) but please call your customers. Your very attentive when your selling me additional goods and services then you forget to follow up. Both times I have come in. This would be zero starts if it hadn’t been for Dan, Lee and Ryan excellent service. A little advice and constructive criticism if you want to know how to take of a customer do what Dan, Lee and Ryan are doing which is your job. You seem more qualified in selling used cars, telling people what they want to hear and being nice in the beginning of the transaction and then forgetting them and moving on to someone else after a sale has been made. You should know I am now out the money for a weeks worth of rental you could have either gotten covered or got me a car from your lot. The only reason this is a five star review is due to the fact your coworkers made it to be. My advice to future customers, avoid Johnny ask for Dan or Lee. Ryan thank you for kindness and the loaner.

I took my F-150 for an oil change back in January 2022 and was charged almost twice as much as I’m used to paying. I understand about prices going up, but at least tell me about the price change! To top it off, they broke the cap off to a couple of lug nuts and did not tell me about it! Come on Simi Ford, you should be better!

Had my vehicle towed to this place, called the next morning spoke w/ Art, let him know what was going on w/ my car. He later called back w/ an estimate & recommendations. I picked up my car that afternoon to find later that the car had some of the same problems as when the cat came in. He told me that I could bring it back the next day & it would be checked out at no cost to me but when I drove 40 miles each way to have my car checked out, I was told "by the way, this will cost you $105" . What happened to good ole honesty? After speaking w/ the manager who said it would cost me a diagnostic fee of $105. Why pay an additional diagnostic fee when the work that was done did not repair the vehicle. A diagnostic should have been done at the time the vehicle was brought in. I'd rather drive twice as far to have my vehicle repaired than deal w/ dishonest folks at this dealership.

There was a recall on the power steering unit of my 2008 Escape, and I never expected the high level of professionalism and courtesy bestowed upon me! From the moment I got on the phone, I was first greeted with warm regard by Gianna, from the service department and she set me up with Luis. Luis Gonzales, the gentleman who serviced my vehicle went above and beyond to make sure I had no worries. When he was done fixing my vehicle he made sure I was able to get my car back in a timely manner as well because I live an hour and half away, he helped me arrange to have AAA bring my car back to me, because I have mobility issues and driving 3 hours in a day would be excruciatingly painful. This service department is the only one in 60 mile radius from my location in Santa Cruz that was willing to help me with my situation. I can't emphasize enough how special they made me feel. Luis especially was amazing, he was able to set me at ease every step along the way. I can be a bit of a worry wart, so his patience and understanding was phenomenal. If I ever decide to purchase a new Ford, I know exactly where I'm going. The customer service and kindness I received is something I'll probably never forget. If everyone had even a fraction of this brand of care, the world would be a better place for sure. . .THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I TOLD HIM I WOULD WAIT FOR THE JOB TO BE COMPLETED. I WENT TO THE WAITING ROOM. ABOUT 8:30 A I DECIDED TO STRETCH AND WALK AROUND. I WALKED AROUND THE FACILITY AND FINALLY WENT TO WHERE I HAD PARKED WHEN I ARRIVED. THERE SAT MY CAR. I WENT IN TO CHECK AND ED WALKED BY ME 2 OR 3 TIMES, COMPLETELY IGNORING ME. FINALLY TH PERSON WHO HAD CHECKED ME IN CAME OUT. HE THEN TOLD ME THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PARTS TO DO THE JOB. FORD WOULD PROBABLY NOT RELEASE THEM UNTIL AFTER THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH. HE HAD TO GET A MECHANIC TO TRY TO DISCONNECT THE CRUISE CONTROL. THE MECHANIC TRIED AND SAID IT WAS NOT NECESSARY TO DISCONNECT. I AM SUPPOSED TO BE CALLED WHEN THE PARTS ARE RECEIVED. I WAS TOLD THE WORK WOULD TAKE ABOUT AN HOUR TO COMPLETE. I AM AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER AND WASTED ALMOST AN HOUR. This was something that could not wait until morning due to my wife having a Doctors appointment. early that morning. I discovered you were open until 7:30 PM and drove immediately to service in San Juan. Dorothy, your service agent not only got the necessary bulb for a cost of $3.93 but also replaced the burned out bulb in my suv.. I truly appreciate the extra mile she went and hope some recognition is given to this extraordinary women.

Fantastic people! - I Fix That

Fantastic people! They are customer service focused and no-pressure sales. I had a very small but difficult issue with my Mach-e and they stayed on the issue until it was fixed. What I found to be fantastic about the dealership is that they just didn't unload a "parts cannon" on the car, but got a technician in from corporate to troubleshoot the module that failed so that in the future, they could quickly solve the problem for the next customer. I'm and engineer, and that shows integrity! Yes, I purchased a second car from them! Oh, and they were the only dealership that isn't marking up the Lightning and the Mach-E.
