Inept and unprofessional. Ordered an integrated cargo liner for the third row and back cargo area. I originally ordered the part online but ordered the wrong part, that was on me. Service rep ordered the "right part". Came back when part came in. Waited 1.5 hours for install. They laid an all-weather mat down over my WeatherTech mat. Took them 1.5 hours for that....seriously. Asked why it took so long to put a mat in (even though it was the wrong item) and I was told that there were so many other people there. Then why make appointments?!? The lack of knowledge by both the service department and the service representative is mind-blowing and the customer service is horrendous. Took 25 minutes for a refund. Manager just sat in his office while I complained, didn't bother to come address the situation. Deserves less than one star.

I called here to have my vehicle repaired under my extended warranty. I was told over and over my warranty expired. I try to explain I purchased an extended warranty, but he would not listen, would not take my warranty information and call to verify. After arguing with him, I told him he was a jerk!! I then called dealership in Santa Monica.....no issues! Do not do business with these people!!

As I was driving home my alternator went out and I just made it to the dealership before my battery went completely dead. I limped in unscheduled to the Northwood Chevy service department just before noon on a Friday and Brent came over to help. I explained what had just happened and indicated to him that I would like to get my vehicle repaired by the end of the day so that I could make the two hour trip home for the weekend. He said that the service dept. was going to lunch and that he would see what he could do and would call me back after lunch. Brent promptly called me at 1:15 pm and said they had located an alternator and that they would install it that day. I then got another call from Brent at about 2:30 pm and he said that my vehicle was ready to pick up. What a fantastic service department! I'm sure they could have scheduled me in after all the other vehicles that were in the shop but recognized my desperate situation and took prompt action. I don't often have good experiences with dealerships so I feel the need to point it out when a dealership goes above and beyond to support its customers. With only 14,000 miles on my car, the battery went dead on a Saturday. At 1:45 I called the dealer to find out what to do. I was told by Carlos they didn't have my battery but I should call Monrovia. I called Monrovia and Eric told me to call Pasadena because they didn't have the battery either. No answer from Pas. Called Eric back and He told me to have AAA change battery due to "emergency situation - I'd be carless". Eric said O'Donnell would reimburse me for battery since it only had less than 15,000 miles. AAA changed battery, gave me battery printout and receipt. I went to O'Donnells and they got back to me 2 weeks later. Said they needed the battery. I called AAA and the battery was recycled. Why didn't Carlos or Eric tell me they would need the battery? AAA said all I needed was the printout and receipt.

I got my engine replaced here at Perez Auto & Truck Repair They did a wonderful job, and I got a great deal on it. Very inexpensive service fees, for really good work. I will definitely be back if I need more work done to my car.

there service is the worst, I asked the service advisor to call with questions or up dates, in the two weeks the truck was there i called 5 or 6 times, not one return call, they replaced two parts that were not related to the problem and when i did pick up the truck there was so much bird poop on the windshield i couldn't see to drive, the topper was as soon as i got on the road the check engine light came back on, I went back, the advisers advise was to keep driving the truck the light will probably go off, I have be a GM customer from 3 or 4 different owners of this dealer, some good some not so good but Premier is by far the worst of them all,i will not be going back

Arrived at 11 1:40 pm I am still here waiting for service to put on 1 tire, they knew I was headed out of town but did not expidite the process

We learned soon after buying our Chevrolet Volt never to go to the Putnam dealer in Burlingame California. But we had no choice when the charger port stopped communicating with the car and we couldn't charge the battery except by driving on gas in mountain mode. No non Chevrolet auto shops can deal with the Volt software. Dropped off the car Monday 715am by appointment paid for a $450 diagnostic and heard nothing back all day. Repeated calls to them are answered by a live person but immediately routed to a full voicemail. After frustrations finally convinced the guy answering to let me talk to someone who then said we needed a $500 software update.Of course they did not start any work saying they needed our approval which they did not try to contact us to get and now it was too late in the day. Next day again heard nothing and same run around with the phone. I can hear groups of people laughing in the background before they switch me to the dreaded full voicemail box again. Two days without a car, no courtesy cars available which isn't surprising at a place with no courtesy. Basically I can't take it anymore- I'm abandoning the car and riding my bike and train to work. Hate them will never buy a car sold by Chevrolet dealership again!!! By the way I also had a failed appointment first at the dealer in Redwood City, I arrived and they said they can't do the software work (that I booked) after all on a Friday as the head office support isn't reliable on Fridays. That dealer is in the middle of nowhere and also with no courtesy cars, shuttles or transit near. User's recommendation: Avoid buying a car from Chevrolet in the California Bay Area Peninsula.

Thank you very much for your good service that you have provided on my Mercedes. I took my Mercedes 2004 CLK320 to a dealer for Mercedes repair, but decided to get a second opinion before getting the work done. That's when I went to see Mercedes Autotech. I was glad I did because not only did I save a lot of money, but I found that Mercedes Autotech explained to me in detail. It turns out I didn't need all the parts the other dealer were saying I needed, so I saved a lot of $. Mercedes Autotech is a real pro. they have my trust and I feel completely safe taking my Mercedes to Autotech. Thanks.

I was recommended from Mercedes of Calabasas to have my car worked on around the end of December 2011. My Mercedes E350 is my baby and I am very particular about who touches it. When I was recommended to AW Collision, I was informed that they were the authorized body shop for the dealership so I felt secure about it. When I arrived, I was greeted quickly and Jeff was there right away to help me and he looked over my car and was very honest (I would be needing work on the back corner of my car). I asked a few questions and they called Enterprise for me. I was in a rush because I was on my work break and they did everything possible to help me get back to work. What I loved about this shop (as opposed to others I have dealt with) is that they called me on a regular basis so I never had to wonder or worry about my car. The repair took about 2 weeks and when it was done, I returned to the shop, picked up my car, and have been very happy since. You would never even know I was in an accident.
