I almost never do online comments on a business. But here it is. I have been disappointed in most every auto repair experience I have had for 25 years. This service shop was so different, I could not believe it. The appointment was honored and my car was ready on time. It came in below the estimate, because what they thought might be worn brake rotor(?) was not worn out. The owner was monitoring every part of the service from the time I arrived and got a ride to BART, and during the repair he kept me informed, and I agreed to spend a LOT of money because they were so up-front about everything. They did more than you could ever ask for, so I am a very happy customer and my friends are going to hear about it! I drive a very expensive car (BMW) and I feel luck to have found Mike and his crew. Thank you Mike! Fantastic job, even if I am several thousand dollars poorer, it was just time to take care of a lot of little repairs.

the Service manager John Chappell and his crew are all top notch, knowledgeable,and a experienced crew. they have been keeping our family, 91 Eldorado, on the road for as many years now. always straight up and honest about what are car needs and how much it will cost, once the problem is diagnosed. sometimes fixing simple stuff on the spot, if time permits. with older cars, like are families Eldorado, the experienced staff can recall the problems that come up with the old cars. they also seem to be up to date and well informed on the newest technologies. great group of guys, I always enjoy talking with them.I don't think your going to find a better dealership, around, with this kind of quality service department. keep up the good work guys, Schuyler

I had a noise in the the front end of my Cadillac that kept on getting worse. My friends and family had their own opinions of what it was and what I should do. I brought it into Michael Cadillac like I do for routine service and found out it was as simple as needing tires and a alignment. They gave me a fair price and it was completed the same day. Noise is gone!

Don't bother going to this service place. Their salesmen are great but their servicemen are zero help. They had installed some system before I leased the car. When leased, they removed it. This caused a shortage with the battery. Rather than fox it, they told me to come back another day when they have more time. Hello!!? Why did you make an appointment in the first place if they weren't going to fix the problem? I took a while day off work for nothing. I tell them if I bring it back will they have a cat for me. The answer was no! I went to the dealer in Torrance. They took the car immediately and got me a rental!!! That's the kind of service I expect from Cadillac! Don't go to boulevard cadillac.

I have been visiting Silver Star Cadillac since 2005 and I am a lifelong loyal customer. Silver Star has the absolute best staff from Sales to Service! I have dealt with over a dozen staff members at Silver Star Cadillac and everyone is absolutely outstanding! Leigh, Alex and Frank in sales are simply top notch! They roll out the red carpet for me and other customers. I have witnessed this while I was shopping for a new Cadillac. While I was purchasing my new Cadillac, I just watched the overall sales operation in action and I saw firsthand the red carpet treatment that was given to other customers. They really go the extra mile for everyone who visits the showroom. I will be coming back again and again for a new Cadillac. When it comes to our Cadillac's service needs, I wouldn't dream of visiting any other dealership. Chris Williams, the service director is absolutely the nicest guy you will ever hope to meet. He is helpful, friendly, professional and goes out his way to ensure that I am fully satisfied. Chris knows his stuff too when it comes to Cadillacs as well. He is a hands on technical wiz! Thank you Chris for always being there for us and for always helping! Jarrod, our service advisor is simply fantastic! I have been going to Jarrod since 2013 and he is the ONLY service advisor I will go to! He goes the extra mile to help and gets our vehicles serviced perfectly! Last, but certainly not least, I wanted to commend and recognize Meghan for everything she always does for us. One phone call to Meghan takes care of everything from arranging a loaner vehicle to getting my appointment for service placed. Meghan gets me in quickly and gets me into a loaner and I couldn't be more thankful! Thank you, Meghan for always being so wonderful to deal with! Meghan is a great asset at Silver Star! The owner has been very professional and taken care of my truck each time I've brought it in. I find their work to be really great and their prices near impossible to beat. I tend to be a bit picky when it comes to people working on my car and I've been really happy with their service. Definitely will continue using them and am comfortable referring them to someone looking.
