This is the worst service I have received in my 45 years of purchasing Cadillacs and having them serviced at a Cadillac dealership. Regardless of how one tries to speak with Supervisors and managers, they do not respond. The service writer who assisted me doesn't even know well known parts of the 2020 xt5 I took in for service. I had to physically show him what pipe lights on the doors and console were.
MICHELIN TIRE WARRANTY Department told me Don, the assistant service manager never called them as agreed, after the warranty check. I had been in many times regarding loss of psi in all 4 tires as my monthly onstar emails show. DON SAID,"WE HAVE NO RECORD OF THAT." (REGARDING HAVING BEEN IN SO MANY TIMES FOR THE SAME PROBLEM)
They have refused to put my customer comments on the service paperwork,as the former dealership service department always did.
They have no loaner cars any longer for vehicles taking more than a day to repair, which is on my sales contract and warranty.
It is shameful that this Chevrolet dealer is also called a Cadillac dealer.
