Wanted to recognize Juan Espinoza for his great customer service and helping with servicing my car. Juan was very accommodating I had to leave my car for a day or two, worried that I wouldn't have a car to go to work, but he looked out for me and gave me a loner car for transportation. Juan was great at communicating with me, very honest, and got me the best deals and what I truly needed for my Honda Accord to be in the best shape ever. I can't thank Juan enough. We definitely need more service people like him that we can trust! Thanks again Juan!

I had my car towed in for service. I was advised it would take 3-5 days to fix. It has been a week and they have yet to run a diagnostic to tell me what’s wrong. I reached out to the service department and was advised if you don’t want to wait you can have it towed somewhere else. I had my car towed to Kia to receive specialized care for my Kia. As a single mom I would hope they understand what a hardship not having a vehicle for a long length of time would cause. The service department could benefit from customer service training. A little empathy can go a long way. Really disappointing. I’m going to have to incure the additional expense of having my car towed to yet another mechanic. If Ball Kia cares so little about their customers may I suggest they get out of the business of customer service.

We were travelling and had a flat tire. Fortunately we pulled off at the exit near Barber Honda. They searched to find a new tire for our Clarity, got it changed, and we were back on the road in under 2 hours. Many thanks to Richard Garza and the service department team!
