I have an RX 450h+ and my moonroof imploded while I was driving on the freeway. The glass moonroof was cracked fully open and it shattered spontaneously into pieces. The vehicle was drivable to the dealer, so I took it in. Forest and his colleague assisted and wrote up the repairs under full investigation. The dealer absorbed the cost under goodwill since I’m a Lexus customer and they couldn’t find the exact fault of this incident. Their service was exceptional so say the least. Thank you gentlemen and a brilliant job. I’ll be seeing you all soon for my next service.

I had a great experience the staff was friendly and Knowledgeable also very helpful and explain to me where I can go to eat because I was coming from out of town didn’t know the area by the time I was done with my shopping. My car was ready. I didn’t even have to wait. The experience was great. The gentleman that took care of me in the beginning notify me of everything that we’re gonna do and he was the one that gave me the tips as to what was in the area. I will continue going there thank you.
